Absolutely nothing! Staff was friendly so that was a plus!

EVERYTHING! Idk if we had a long term guest room, but our room was trash! Holes everywhere cockroaches pillows didn’t even have covers on them burn holes on the curtains. We were in the second level and our window opened and did not even have a screen. Whole hotel smelled like weeks and cigarettes! The people next to us had a party the night we needed to be up early for my son’s graduation from the military! As soon as you walk in the first thing you spot are the nasty stained box springs on the beds, plaster falling off the walls, the door to the bathroom was not level and was hard to close and when you finally did get it closed there was about a 2 in ch gap opening from the latch down to the ground.

Nothing really

Pool was not working. People stand the entrance and exits smoking. Cracks in tub. Bugs in the room. Front was not always attendant you had to wait for someone to come. TV didn't work in one of the rooms. Rooms were on a different floor.

The manager was rude and telling me I was lying!!!

Absolutely nothing

It was non smoking but the rooms and hallways smelled like smoke. The bed sheets looked nasty, the beds were not comfortable.

Customer service my room was changed with no hesitation and she apologized

I love my room the beds was good the hot water in the shower gets really hot ..I love the housekeeper ladies always say good morning and smile the pool always clean the the lady at the front desk was wondering
