Overall ok,we upgraded the room with 60$/night +tax but fiund lots of aunts and moved the room at 1030pm.

It’s a very good and convenient hotel in good location

The rooms are dated the AC is really old and does not fully work. I guess we paid for the view. We had ocean view and it was very nice. But the rooms need to be updated a bit change the carpet and update AC.

Overall it was enjoyable. Location was fantastic. Close to lagoon and fireworks. Walkable distances to most of the locations we wanted to visit. Most staff were friendly & helpful. But a couple obviously needed a nap. It was just the little things that stopped it being 5 stars. Room 2042: The TV wouldn't work properly (all inputs came up No Signal). Could not turn on bed lamps. The power point beside the bed didn't work. No toilet brush.

This is our third time staying at the Ilikai. The children loves the hotel. Great location. Walkable to Waikiki stripe or ala Moana mall. The kitchen is very handy during a vacation where eating out is expensive. Valet is with and attentive. However the cost of parking is quite steep. All the staff are nice and friendly. The convenient store at the hotel maybe pricy but well stocked. The salt watered pool is very comfortable and fun as well The biggest draw back has to be the elevator. Wait time can be long. Time for them to upgrade the elevator system to floor specific ones that will make the experience less dreadful.

We loved how open the property was! The views were beautiful from our room and it was a quiet place to stay at! Hoping to come back again someday!!

The view from our room included the beach, the pool area, hotel entrance across the street and fireworks Friday! We will recommend and return to the area for sure.

Staff was wonderful and its in a great location. Conveniently opens up to the beach, has ABC stores and restaurants across the street, love that theres a full size litchen- feels like a little apartment away from home.

I love the roominess and the staff - this is second year in a row staying here - I wish I had found it sooner. My Only negative would be the elevators at certain times it’s like all 5 are not working at the time - the waiting area gets crowded and the waiting is long.

Only issues at all was early pool closure, 730 is to early to close the pools! HOA board should be ashamed otherwise best stay !! staff is amazing

The elevator system sometimes was filled up, but everything else on the lobby entrance. Everything else was great easy access to restaurants. Next-door pools were wonderful if you have to towel on for more than an hour they took it off since we came in late at night. There wasn’t a lot of staff to help us but every other time it was great.

The staff at Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites were one of the best services I have received compared other hotels and services. Nia, who helped me check in made sure I was fully understanding with the bill, my complete stay, and amenities I had. We got provided with complementary water bottles and a coupon to redeem an ice scream scoop at Dave’s located in the hotel. The hotel itself was located 6-8 minute walk from the beach, which made for an easy access to a fun day or night playing in the sand or the water. The room service was outstanding, providing new towels, toiletries, and garbage cans. They even remade the beds, so after a long day of plans, I was able to come back into a comfortable fresh bed. Due to all the services and care provided, I would choose to stay at Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites again!

The Ilikai is just the one of the best on Waikiki. From the moment you pull in to unload, to the check in process absolutely everything there is run like a well-oiled machine. The elevators are the only HOT long rides. We love the Ilikai!

Overall nice relaxing stay. Pool closes too early, one at 6pm and one at 7pm. Both days the pool was out of towels. Sofa bed had no linen. Called the front desk at 959 pm and was told I would need to come to the front desk to get a sheet since housekeeping closes at 10pm. Valet service was busy but efficient.

Ilikai is a great place to stay. Rooms have a fully functional kitchen, balconies, amazing views, friendly staff, and the breeze that comes through the lobby is like no other. A classic hotel.

too off the strip. it was also dirty and very loud, even in a corner room on the 22nd floor. not too many food options either. very old and outdated. many things broken and not working in room
