DIRTY. Not "Quality Inn" This is an old run down building someone thought they could revive. I will be reporting this Nasty place to the Arizona Board of Health. They do not provide a safe, clean place for you to stay!
Run, keep driving, don't stay here!!!!

Bring your own food as the "breakfast" is nil and no coffee available. Told due to midweek. Ummm, it's Friday today!
The room is Gross. Prickers in the carpet jam into your feet. Toilet has a substance in it and they can't get it out and don't care. Furniture is chewed up and falling apart. Hallways are freezing. Room is dry and made my nose bleed. Too many bad things to say. I didn't get the room I paid for. They moved me to a pet room with my REGISTERED SERVICE DOG! So now my allergies are going crazy due to other animals being in here prior to me.
Pole that braces the upper balcony hangs from it and not connected to the ground.
Dangerous stay. I'm out!

Hotel is older so alot of things are wearing out. Our room was clean though. Breakfast was typical for a Quality Inn. View is fantastic. Front desk clerk was very nice at checkin and checkout.

Hotel looks appealing from the outside but the rooms are very shabby. No stopper for the tub or sink, clock non functional, old furnishings, needs paint, stains on the room carpet leave your shoes on. This hotel need s an upgrade badly.

Oldest hotel you could find on the main street. Obviously worn through the years on the interior, outside lanscape looks great. Shower is horrible as it changes from a scalding saftey concern to cold as the Devils heart in an instant while showering. This was a challenge and it wasn't just our room.
The breakfast was meatless and minimal 2 mornings in a row. The entire hotel serves nothing except instant coffee a weak example at that.
No elevator if you need one but affordable priced compared to others in the area.

The hotel looks really tired. The hall ways are painted insanity white. Multiple ceiling tiles water stained or missing, carpets stained, concrete cracking. We stayed during a rain storm, and their was water leaking into stairwells. They had a bucket in the middle of the breakfast area collecting water from a hole in the ceiling. Paint chipping off the walls in the bedroom. Holes in the lamp shades. My brother in law had to fix the toilet in his room so that it could actually flush. We slept fine in the room, and the room was as clean as it could be. if you're just looking for a cheap hotel for one night, it'll be sufficient. It seems like the hotel staff is trying their best to keep it operating to the best of their ability, I think upper management/owner doesn't want to put any money into the place to freshin it up and make necessary repairs.

Great front desk and housekeeping staff but hotel is in poor condition. Faucets leaked, drapes were torn, paint job was very sloppy. This is a tired old motel that is in desperate need of some love.

I am allergic to mold and unfortunately the bathroom in my room has mold. In addition, there is no hot water. When I informed the front desk, they said they were unable to do anything about it because maintenance had already left.

We had a great stay. This is an older bldg. & could use an upgrade. The shower & sink took awhile for water to run down drain. The pool is outside & not taken care of. Water was freezing which is ok during day but evening not.

View we had was awesome & room was large. Close to everything you need within walking distance. I wud stay there again.

The restaurant at the hotel is the best part of the facility. Food and service were wonderful. While the staff At the hotel side was not rude, they weren’t that helpful either. The water was disconnected for repairs without any notification to the clients. There was nothing saying that there was not an elevator. But when we got there, there was nothing but stairs and I had to climb the stairs with bad knees was off for a short time, but when it was on again, it didn’t work well. The toilets didn’t flush Appropriately. The shower barely worked, and the pipes were really loud. The bed was uncomfortable.

Budget friendly but absolutely no frills. Hotel is quite run down and check in was lacklustre at best. Thinnest towels and toilet paper ever but at least the bed was comfortable. Nice balcony but railing moved when you touched it.

Friendly check-in and only a $20 fee for a dog. Restaurant had good food but free breakfast was out of a number of things by 8:00. Bed was very comfortable and lots of room for the dog.

Dirty room (carpet stains, tears, stains in bathroom, carpet had crumbs and dust on it). Unfriendly staff at check in. Tried to charge me for my service dog (service dogs are exempt by law).

You get what you pay for. This hotel was one of the cheapest options available. It’s an older property and has not been upkept very well. The staff were very nice and helpful.
But the hotel was dirty and we were very anxious to leave and get on to our next destination.

This place is a dump! As a family we had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms the TV didnt work and the other room the AC wasn't working. When we called the front desk they said they didnt know how to fix the TVs but they would have maintenance look at it. Maintenance never showed. Bottom line, dont wast your money at this place!!
