It was an okay stay for motel the check in was smooth and efficient but too much nose and the bathroom was nasty dirty towels and everything

We ordered a room with the first picture being a room with an open bathroom and jacuzzi next to the bed, I purchased what I thought was the room with a jacuzzi. We end up getting there and the room being nothing close to what was advertised (completely dingy and unclean) and no jacuzzi, the guy at the front desk is very nonchalant about the issue and basically said it happens all the time and we should’ve read the entire room description to make sure the jacuzzi was included insinuating it’s our fault. I just wanted a refund due to the fact there where no open rooms with a jacuzzi until Monday (it was Friday) and it just felt disgusting being in the room I was for that short amount of time we where there, I was then told it would take 3-5 BUSINESS days to get my refund, due to it being Friday I now have to wait 5-7 days until I get my money back, funny how they can take it within seconds but u have to wait a week to get refunded.

SMH AT THE LEVEL OF CLEAN THAT THE HUMAN RACE CONSIDERS CLEAN. THE ROOMS NEED TO BE CLEANED BETTER ESPECIALLY IF THERE GOING TO ALLOW PETS. EXTERMINATE FOR THE ROACHES ARE NOT WELCOMING

The room only had one working light and the fan system didn’t go past level one leaving the room very stuffy. The bed was also sinking in the middle.

Clem rooms better make guest pick up after pets more and surrounding area around the motel is very nasty with litter everywhere

Decent place to stay if you just need a night or 2 to take a rest from a road trip or get away to rest like myself. Checked in with no problem. However, with it being kind of dark around the area, when you have people just hanging out outside, even if they are just on the phone, it keeps your antennas up. Not to mention some guy yelling "mom" about 10 minutes after I got to my room. Other than that the room was fine for what I needed. Wish they had a refrigerator and microwave in the room though

Unprofessionalism from staff, A nonsmoking establishment But The smell of smoke was everywhere, Broken beds, cleanliness , Bugs, Health and safety hazard.

Decent hotel for the price. Many angry guests! All doors lock at 9 pm except for the front doors. Which sucks if you have an animal! Shower pressure was great but only big enough for a midget! Didnt see any bugs so thats a plus! Dirty, stained carpets. Fridge in room smelt like death!!! Apparently there was an outage so you had to wait at the front desk for them to walk u to your room and let you in.

It was quick and easy to get into and staff was very nice.

The entire staff from reception to maintenance to housekeeping was so helpful and friendly.

Facility needs to be modernized, other than that i really have no complaints.
