The stay was nice but the shuttle service not so much. Trying to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel has never been more frustrating. Also the lady at the front desk hung up on me when asking when a shuttle would be showing up.

The clerk that checked us was very short and unwelcoming, not rude but not friendly. The check out clerk was the same not very friendly.

The property was very busy and there were a lot of kids running around. Otherwise, the staff were nice. The gym was well-maintained. The halls were a bit dirty.

The people were very helpful. My room would not cool off. I looked at the vents. The vents, both in the room and the bathroom, were caked full of dust. This is probably the reason it smelled a little musty.
