It was a motel 6 without the prostitution. Service and front desk was terrible. There is no view. The patio was very dirty. Our room had some rollaway bed that we didn’t ask for.

We stayed here a couple years ago, and the property was in much better shape. The bathroom shower had gunk in the corners, and the property and hotels needs a refresh as it appears worn throughout. The staff was very friendly though, and the hotel was quiet except for the construction in the area.

The bed was lumpy and shower tub combo was poor. It leaked onto the floor from the base of the shower. I took a shower at 10am. There was no hot water in the shower, but hot water in the sink. 😵‍💫 Break fast and bar food were pretty decent. Every staff person was very pleasant and knowledgeable. *****

Hotel was good but the room assigned to us. Both mattresses were cave in even before we use it.

This hotel is under renovation and no remodeled rooms available. This is not told when you book the property. Would have stayed somewhere else if I had known. Paid too much for an older hotel stay. Also noisy.

There were no homeless camps nearby, which is a good thing, considering the 3rd world feel of Portland!

My daughter and I had a comfortable stay with Crown Plaza. Our stay made it easy to meet up with family for dinner after our girl time at Bridgeport area!

Great room, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed happy to be there. Was able to walk to several restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

I paid for my room ahead of time and when I went to check in, they told me they were overbooked and I had to go to another hotel.

My bathroom had not been cleaned or touched since the previous stay - I know this, because there was a bar of soap and all the small sample shampoos still tossed about in the shower, along with hair. There was pee on the floor at the base of the toilet. I wore my shoes in the bathroom and shower as though I was in a college dorm throughout my stay. I let the front desk know that my bathroom had not been cleaned, and all they did as a response was leave fresh towels. I also had a construction dumpster directly in front of my window, with men throwing construction debris in there all day long. Very noisy. Fortunately I was only there for one night, but I will never stay here again and I will let my colleagues who have to travel there for work not to stay here. The only highlight of the stay was the hotel bartender who was a nice and helpful man.

They don't offer complimentary coffee in the lobby like most all of their competitors and they don't provide decent products in the hotel room to make your own coffee -- powdered coffee creamer (aka coffee "whitener") doesn't cut it --

The front desk people most times do not have answers to my questions. They were doing construction work during our stay there and didn’t notify us ahead of time. And they were less than helpful with issues that came up during our three week stay.
