Our room was clean, cool and stocked with essentials. Plenty of clean towels and plump pillows! The breakfast was filling and had variety as well.

So much to unpack here…
1. Just FYI…the units are in separate buildings with no clear markings. The guy behind the desk showed us on the map which building our room was. He was incorrect. It took us ten minutes, in the middle of the night, to find the right building. The guy was new, but still.
2. Outside of the neighboring unit was guy passed out drunk on the ground.
3. The rooms are is desperate need of refurbishing. Chair in room was badly ripped and tattered. Walls were stained. When we unplugged our phone chargers, the whole outlet dislodged from the wall. The shower curtain was disgusting.
4. There appears the be “long term residents” living in vehicles that are using power from units to generate their “homes”
5. There were multiple “woman of the night” walking throughout the parking lot and units.
6. It was cheap.

Everything was great! The friendliness at check-in with Kishore. I somehow was booked into a handicapped room and he immediately changed it to a king room. My room was very clean, smelled freah and my bed was super comfortable too. I have nothing negative to say about the accomodations or the staff.

Very easy to get to. Room was very clean and breakfast was very good. Continental breakfast was great. Expresso coffee machine is exceptional!! Front desk was excellent too.

Our room had a terrible smell, the carpet felt sticky if you dared to walk bare foot on it. The AC unit leaked so much the front carpet area was soaking wet. We killed two roaches. It was definitely not worth $265 for two nights.

The property is old, i see some upgrades like thier mirror is cool, the shower is upgraded. There's a damp smell in our room that doesn't go away.

Room door was hard to close because the hinges were rusted solid even the fresh white paint on them couldnt hide the orange flakes and dust. The wall to the right of the door was wet and soft from some kind of leak. There was also visible rust on the lamps, fridge, bathroom hinges basically almost all of the metal in the room was rusted. The moisture in the room could be felt in the carpet and bedding everything felt damp. Everything wall had a fresh coat of paint but that doesnt fix the underlying issues. This hotel could be soo much better with some proper maintenance and repairs. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful but this hotel is in serious need of a full renovation.

There was no elevator available which I didn't know and would never have booked this room. My elderly mother had to walk of 2 flights of steps each time and no lower floor rooms were available. Our room was never cleaned the 3 days we were there. I never felt comfortable in this room.
