Only pretty trees with flowers up front hotel. Lady housekeeping was nice and work hard

Room smell bad and mold even I stayed in newer building. No elevator for my mom that we took a stair and carry all stuff. Sink and tub have yellow when get in and towel not soft and rash my face. Smell bad that we have to stay out for few hours. Never think that hotel not have elevator even if it in a new building. Usually, need to be elevator for ADA and even normal guest could take luggage to the room. No greeting at all, don’t have any bathroom amenities as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo,… only toilet paper.

We loved the clean room. Hotel was close to the sea.

The rooms need better noise insulation.

They did have a pretty large selection of breakfast.

Beds were not very comfortable.

the location of the property is great. being right off the main road in Niceville and having access to everything quickly was convenient. Everything was clean.

The property itself is best described as adequate. Rooms are dated(which is ok), they have two buildings with rooms in them which led to confusion finding the lobby, the buildings are multiple floors with no elevator, and the key card entry to the #2 building was unreliable.

The hotel was clean & smelled clean throughout. The front desk was welcoming, as was all staff. No bait & switch tactics for pricing. Incidental fee was fair. Fresh coffee on each morning, breakfast was better than expected.
