I recently had the pleasure of staying at Home2, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, especially as a pet owner! I don’t normally leave a comment but this time I have to so everyone will be aware. As soon as we get in the room, we smell something but we ignored it, after an hour my daughter said my they left a dirty diaper in the trash! I said no wonder. Didn’t leave us an extra liner for the garage. When we asked the front desk, at around 10pm 7/27 she's kind of rude, we have 3 trash cans in the room, she just gave us 1 pc, they said on the note on the bathroom, they clean the room every other day, so when it’s time to clean the room, they just literally took the garbage and never put any trash liner, they replaced few towels only, never clean the room at all, didn’t even give us a toilet paper. The sheets smelled like someone on it before us, because we saw hairs and lashes on the bed. I have high expectation because the hotel looks new. We stayed 3nights. Food is okay.

The hotel was great. Big rooms and very clean. Only complaint is we checked in at 3:00 am and asked for a late check out. They said to check back with them in the morning. When we did ask in the morning they said there were no more late checkouts available. Very frustrating given our late arrival.

The young lady at the fromt desk was helpful and nice. Everything was great except when i was trying to checkout. The front desk person wasnt there to checkout, when i called to make sure he email a receipt he was sleep. I haven't received my receipt yet

Very clean. Great breakfast! Loved the water fill station in the lobby. The gym had nice clean equipment.

It’s brand new, had a bug in the bed.
