Standard buffet breakfast with lots of choices even made to order omelettes. Sofa mattress totally needs to be replaced. Bed mattress worn too but not as bad. Friendly staff

Hotels.com upcharges you $20 for a breakfast buffet that is already included with every room. Front desk double charged the incidental fee upon check in saying first one was declined without showing any proof it was declined while I showed that the fee was deducted from my account. 3 days later still have not refunded that amount. Made to order breakfast is just a breakfast buffet with a made to order omelette station, and one of two waffle irons were out of order, as well as one of two elevators out of order.

Monique the front office supervisor was absolutely incredible. I have checked into hundreds of hotels throughout the US and abroad and I have never felt more welcome than she made me feel. Top notch service!!! Bravo Monique!

The common areas of this hotel are very nice and everything is was clean. The room itself was quite small and the television is the size of a desktop monitor, but that was fine for a single night stay. However, the air conditioner in the room is so loud it is impossible to sleep through. We were unable to sleep at all without shutting it off entirely, which was not preferable on a 90 degree night. Would not stay again in the summer.
