Great Hotel on great location. Breakfast was poor, poor shower pressure. Overall a good hotell. Spacious room, city view.

The property had a lot of outside nose , from the soccer / basketball field area . Also, limited amount of taxis .

Front desk staffs and concierge were very nice, but the clean crews are horrible. Bathroom’s ceiling was full of dripping yellow spots. Took them 2 days to clean up after complaints and complaints. They cleaned the room only when they want to at their convenience time. Otherwise they would not bother to clean my room. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in Europe. Hair dryer was sticky and dirty. They have a serious problem with the cleaning crews.

I stayed for 5 days in relation to a conference, and had the pleasure of enjoying great service from all hotel staff, a nice room with storage good space for all my clothes and a delicious breakfast buffet with lots of healthy options. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean, walking distance to many areas and restaurants and shops are near by the hotel. The hotel staff missed cleaning our room a few nights in row.

One of the worst experiences.. usually hotel doesn’t go wrong with the bed … guess what my mattress was aquard abd a bingo curve in the centre which I can only sleep on the edge .. escalated to the concerns but of ourse no one bather .. my bed sheet have some mark which I am a Shane to say .. will never stay in this hotel
