It was horrible we got a room for our kids and us the rooms were side by side! They smelt like pot and there was people outside above us that was hoping and hollering so we went to ask for other rooms and the next rooms they tried to put us in had very strong, chemical smell as soon as you walked in it, burnt your nose and the walls was water stained and the other room smelt like mold and smoke and the door looked like it was kicked in at one Point! We went to get our refund and they would not give it to us!!

Mold evident everywhere. dirty /stained linen. Used towel hanging on back of BA door in supposedly cleaned room. Weird smell. A Fly flew out of folded towel. Dirty floors. Rust stains on BA threshold. Disgusting ball of hair under side of toilet. Random hair in bathtub.

Hoping I can post pics and videos at the end of this survey. Twice I asked for mgmt to contact me but they have not bothered. The beds were fine. Clean sheets. That being said the bathtub was so incredibly dirty!! I literally have videos of me cleaning it with just a washcloth to see how nasty it was. Urine around the toilet. Blood on the walls. I cleaned the bathroom because I was entirely too tired to fight for my money back and leave. Finally got settled in bed and the tv didn’t work. I have a video of that as well. Would have been nice if mgmt would have contacted me.

I was going to check in late around 11 pm and I called to let the front desk know I would be coming in late. They confirmed my reservation but when I got there there was another staff member at the Front Desk who couldnt find my reservation and had to call the previous staff. It took 10 min to check in Shady people around the property, we got a room with a strong smell to cigarette and marihuana. I informed the front desk and they changed my room. Floor was wet I dont know why, but I just went to bed

Place was rather unclean, needs updating. But it was affordable and ok for a one night to lay your head during overnight travel. The clientele was not good, loud and unsafe. You get what you pay for, hindsight I would of spent a little more for a different hotel.

This stay was necessary due to a broken ac and having a small child in the home. Just needed something cheap to get us through the night. I should have paid the few extra bucks to stay at a better hotel. Spots all over the mattress cover that resembled blood or diarrhea, a grey ring all around the white comforter, a brown substance all over the phone cord (phone didn’t work) same brown substance on the side of nightstand and floor in bathroom and arm of chair, desk chair had stains of some sort, 2 different color wall paints, mold ring in bathtub, and basically just a unkept appearance to the whole establishment. Would not recommend staying here.

Just to clarify, I went to this property because of price. Never again initially walking in an older couple wanted a refund because their toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor. I should’ve followed. I requested a bottom floor room facing a certain side because my trailer was parked there. She gave me top floor, the key didn’t work anyway, so I had to go back and she stated there was nothing on the bottom floor (that should’ve been communicated initially). Got to the room. The AC unit was so loud. The fan was rubbing against something inside overall it was pretty clean. The bathtub needed some attention. The pattern that they had on the ceiling, the plaster dripped into the bathtub and nobody bothered to clean it. It was all over and since it was wet, it will transfer on you as you bathe. It’s July, the pool was drained And disgusting. There were people walking around without shirts. This looks like a motel that people live in. I told my young children not to touch the handrails cause they were so disgustingly dirty. Would not recommend
