The shade couldn't be pulled all the way down, there was no fan in the bathroom and the room wasn't cleaned after the 1st night.

I stayed at 3 different hotels on this trip and this one was the best. Rooms are sound proof so we never heard our neighbors. The included breakfast was not a buffet, it was cooked fresh and was lovely.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It looked like the rooms were upgraded not too long ago. Beds were very comfortable and really liked the walk-in-shower.

The room and lobby were exceptionally clean and attractive (and smelled very good.) The bed was comfortable with nice pillows, and the bathroom was great. Not sure if the hotel is new, but it felt like it. The heat came up quickly, which was nice on a cold night. It was a nice touch to have crushed ice and filtered water machines with cups available on our guest floor near the elevator. We only stayed a single night but would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in Manchester.

The room and lobby were exceptionally clean and attractive (and smelled very good.) The bed was comfortable with nice pillows, and the bathroom was great. The property is pretty new. Rooms were good, clean and noise free. The breakfast is a paid one in booking, but options were dull. I would avoid additional payment for bf with limited options.

Woman who checked me in was awesome!! She was friendly, helpful and got me checked in quickly. My room was comfortable and well appointed. Great mattress and thick towels. Also, I had some exercise equipment in my room, a very nice treat.

First they gave a room that was smelling sever body odor. Upon my request they changed room but cleaning service was absent during my entire stay and they did not clean my room during my stay in this dirty dungeon.

Nicely maintained hotel. Comfy king bed. Traveling to Manchester for a concert at SNHU, good location from venue with shopping and restaurants nearby. Hard to sleep through noisy motorcycle traffic. Lots of motorcycles speeding on highways until 3am outside window.
