The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was really big, very clean, great bed. Would highly recommend it.

No dryer, no microwave (although hotel description said they have it in the room), no stopper in the bathroom sink, and bathroom sink & bathtub got completely clogged, desk light was broken. Also, the staff came to my room and knocked the door twice 1hr before the check out time to find out what time I leave....while I was busy to get ready to go... unbelievable hotel!!!

Room was not cleaned one day and every night our key had to be reactivated and with only one person working he was overwhelmed plus no phone

Room did not have any toilet paper, not one roll, found out the hard way first thing in the morning… what a waste of $170… stayed here a few times, never again!

Tried to call hotel twice the night of the stay because was having a very difficult time finding it. No one answered, though I let it ring for at least a minute the first time, and the second time the call would not go through. When we finally located it and checked in the desk clerk said the phone was working the whole time. Later when I went down to ask a question he was nowhere to be found, and I had to literally yell several times before he showed up with one ear bud in, making me think he was also in the back when I tried to call earlier. One of 2 elevators was not working and stuck on P1 level, which the desk clerk was totally unaware of, and there was a literal busload of people trying to get an elevator to get to their rooms. The 3rd floor hallway carpet was surprisingly dirty.

The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the young gentleman at the reception desk. The breakfast was good but a change of menu would have been much appreciated. The free coffee/tea at the reception area was a bonus. The two toasters were half-functioning and replacements are needed.

Easy Check-In, Great Staff

Room was nice no security throughout the hotel can easily access back doors and exits all hours of the night instead of going through the front door also no cameras at those exits. Just very unsafe stay alert never to sure!

The property wasn’t in good condition and it had an unpleasant smell.

I liked very much. The room was clean, the staff was great, and you could park your car easily. The location of the hotel was great, near everything and a lot of places to eat around.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a very heavy mold smell. Due to several weddings in the area we had no choice but to stay there. We went up to the room and the light was broken. The floor was slippery due to the air conditioning unit and no ventilation in the room. The bed sheets were moist, the remote control was missing. We went down and they promised to have it fixed the next day. We left for dinner and came back, they handed me a remote with no back (batteries exposed). They never fixed the lights or the moisture. I called and they said i never told them about the smell or the moisture or the light. They refused any remediation.

Overall the hotel is nice but it needs to be cleaned up a bit and a lot of things in the rooms need to be repaired like the phones the refrigerators and especially the ac units. I had to change rooms do to all these and the rooms was about the same. And put some air freshener on the hotel it stinks

Great service and room. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy parking and a good location. The rooms were spacious and well-designed. Everything was incredibly convenient and contributed to a fantastic stay.
