Very good helper about acomodation

Everything but the breakfast, excellent. It is served until 10 a.m. but at 9:20 no bacon, no milk, no cream cheese for the bagels and 2 or 3 more "no". Room, neat; front desk super nice and courteous. I would be back but not for the breakfast.

Pretty decent hotel, expensive for not a lot of amenities. It was very clean and the beds/pillows were super comfy. The staff seemed like they were having a bad day, they weren’t mean, but they just didn’t talk, no interaction at check in, no customer service experience. When we came back after going to the Hard Rock at 12:30 the front door to the hotel was locked, no Way to use your key to get in. So we just kind and of sat outside for a minute or so trying to figure out what we were supposed to do. Finally the front staff came and opened the door, didn’t say anything and just turned around. I said “thank you so much and she didn’t even acknowledge us or respond. It was actually really weird. We went up to our room and changed so walk over to the WaWa right beside the hotel and as we were walking out she was behind the front desk folding something. I said “we’re going to WaWa real quick, will we be able to get back in. She again never acknowledged our presence or our question, she just kept looking down folding whatever it was. It was actually really odd and uncomfortable.

The gentleman who helped us check in I believe he works at night was very nice and helpful. He even told us about the shuttle to the cruise port for free. The room was clean and everything we needed was there. I left my AirPod behind. I called and they held it from me until I came back from the cruise. But when I came back the receptionist wasn’t as nice I explained to her what happened. She helped the other customers then walked away, I thought she went to lost and find like she told me she would. But she didn’t I sat and waited for 20 minutes for to have never have looked. I went back to the counter and told her I had a plane to catch and could she call someone to see where they put it. She seemed irritated by me. She made the call and the person on the phone told her where it was located. And the tv was a blue tint. We didn’t complain because it was late and it was only for one night. I told the receptionist in the morning and she contacted maintenance. But my overall experience was good. I would for sure come back.

It was a quick trip, so this hotel was good. Comfy beds, clean and breakfast was pretty good. Overall, this hotel was nice & staff was friendly.

We arrived 3 hours early after driving 14 hours nonstop. I went in asking if it was possible to check in early, expecting no t be the answer. I was immediately greeted by Ridell.. He greeted me with a smile and said “let me check”. “Your room is ready now and we are here to put a smile on your face.” We then chatted a bit as we learned I was from the state he was born and raised. He was just so nice and kind and made me feel a welcome. The property itself is very, very well maintained and so clean! It’s very up to date and the beds are very comfortable. If I am ever in this area again, I know exactly where I will be staying! I highly recommend this property!! It gets a solid 10 out of 10. Thank you Ridell! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very Clean and convinient location

The very friendly staff, that almost all of them are bilingual and the cleanliness.

Check in was quick n easy.clean hotel,staff were very friendly.rooms were clean,shower was great,bed was very comfortable.very convenient to I4 and 275.only downside was area was a little sketchy around there especially at night.if it’s just me and my wife definitely would stay there again.

The hotel was great. But the surroundings outside were busy. Trucks, buses and busy. Look like a hotel for workers who drive trucks, big buses, utility trucks and lawn mowing businesses. They parked on the grass causing mud all over. It just something I'm not use to seeing at holiday in. I was on business but this holiday seem like it was a place for workers going in and out. To loud for me. Restaurants also hard to find.

Hotel is close to the attraction in Tampa, but the area is a bit sketchy The room floor was sticky and was brought up to the staff and it was not remedied. So was the reception area. The maid missed servicing our room the next day even with the “don't disturb sign” removed We ran out toiletries and supplies as a result of that

Room was very nice, everything was newer, clean, TV was actually great! Wifi was great, breakfast was nice too
