The hotel is in an excellent location. It is two minutes away from Brussels Central station and two minutes away from Grand Palace. It was very easy to get around Brussels and base ourselves at the hotel.
We had a problem with the power in our room and the staff were very helpful and fixed it straight away.
The room we were in did look a bit tired paint wise but everything else was fine.
Even though we were in the centre, it was very quiet on a night outside. There were some people in the corridors making noise one night, but that isn’t the fault of the hotel.
Overall would recommend this hotel for its convenience above everything else.

Superb location in Old Town near train station. Great staff. Really great breakfast buffet with hot and cold buffet. Best I had in any hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I would stay there again. One of the walls was slightly dirty where a drink might have spilled on it. The tissue box was almost useless because they came out in wads. I stayed there before expecting a hot water pot and cups but this room did not have that and the front desk said they could not supply us one so be sure to ask for it in your reservation if you want it.

We spent one night at this Ibis and were satisfied with the overall experience.

We were allowed to check-in an hour earlier and also had a bit of a late check-out authorized too... so very satisfied!

I knew this was not going to be a 5-star hotel, but the room was spartan (to be charitable) and small...the basis of the old joke, "The room was so small you had to step out to turn around." The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel, but that meant there was little for me to eat. On the other hand, the location was great.

Location. Location. Location. Its right in the tip of the attractions. The breakfast is really good. The room is very modern and chic. The only thing that was missing in my room is a mini fridge which I thought would have been standard. But its a minor thing compared to a lot of great things about this hotel. Highly recommended!

This is the best ibis we've ever stayed at. Fantastic location. Bigger rooms then most. Clean and updated. No pod bathroom. We did not have the breakfast but there is a bar downstairs. Very walkable.

Easy to walk to from Brussels Centraal station, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to lots of restaurants and most of the sites in the historic district. Twin room was very small but clean.

Only disappointment was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities , even though the hotel information online mentioned tea and coffee making facilities and there was even a kettle in the room. When asked at the reception , was told they don't usually do these things. However , they reluctantly placed some paper cups , few sachets of sugar,tea and milk powder!
