Very comfortable stay. Very quiet, you actually didn’t hear occupants in the other rooms like most hotels. Staff was very friendly.

Good stay in a great location next to UO, but it was very cold out and the heater in the room really labored to keep it warm and it would shut off occasionally. I think we had the heater set at 78F to maintain about 68F in the room. Otherwise, it was a great stay, as always.

This BW location is just what I'm looking for as I travel back and forth from California to Washington: clean, friendly service, modest but comfortable, and affordable. The breakfast is fine, nothing fancy but I do appreciate having access to hot scrambled eggs and sausage to get me going. I can't eat all the heavy carbs, donuts, waffles, and junk like that. Gravy was nice to have. It is not always easy to find a place with ground floor, outside entrance rooms. As someone who travels with musical gear, this feature is SO appreciated! I don't generally have time time to take advantage of extras like pools, spas, saunas, etc., but they are here if you need 'em. The location is on a main road (aren't they all), but away from the freeway roar. I appreciated the quiet. This hotel is on my go-to list for future trips.

My experience from check-in with Madison to check-out was impressively quick and straightforward. The location is ideally situated near Autzen Stadium, with a convenient walking path that makes it accessible. I found the rooms and the property to be exceptionally clean, which is always a plus. They offer breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30 am, and there seemed to be a good variety of options available. Additionally, Starbucks and Dutch Bros coffee are nearby, which is quite convenient. Track Town Pizza is also within walking distance, though I recommend ordering ahead, as it can get busy during peak times. Overall, a very satisfactory stay with minor areas for planning around peak hours.

Front desk staff was warm and knowledgeable

We had a great room that had three queens in it and I wasn’t expecting that. Very clean and comfortable. We were very happy to come back to our room after the evening was over. Close location to the stadium as well.

Not so good, the room was on the corner of a very busy street so sleep was impossible. It was clean and comfortable and all that but the location and sound proofing was poor of my particular room.
