We were in a 2 double bed room. There were only 2 towels in the room for 3 travelers. The beds were not comfortable at all. The sleep we had was horrible. In the bathroom the roof was peeling apart above the toilet. When I seen housekeepers I had asked how we get more towels an shampoo and they were very direct and said you ask the front desk. There should at least be 4 towels in the room especially a 2 double bed room. And for the price of my stay the room should have been in better condition than what it was.

We were told our room was ready but when we went to our room, they were still cleaning it. We had to head out anyway so that was ok. When we did ger back later on (10 pm), parts of the carpet were wet. The carpets in the halls are quite worn & stained and walls are scuffed & damaged in areas. Staff was friendly

Our stay overall was good. The only issue we had was someone knocking loudly on a door around 5 am for about 20-25 minutes which woke us from a deep sleep.

There weren’t enough towels and no bedding for the pullout couch, However, as soon as we requested it, it was delivered quickly to our room.

Good value hotel for around the $100 mark. Condition is very tired and definitely needs some room upgrades. The restaurant attached seems to be overwhelmed when busy overall OK if just looking for a no-frills placed quickly crash for the night.

The TV was not working in the room which was disappointing and not worth complaining about because told the hotel was full.

Most of the eating options were closed, lighting outside of hotel was near non-existent, people who were obviously long-term residents were congregating in the parking lot, and the area around the hotel is filled with trash and needles. Inside is very rundown.

Great stay, friendly staff!

The room was dirty, found a chicken bone on the ground, door had yellow streaks all over, mold in shower, beds were hard, carpets stained and dirty, corners not vacuumed in a long time, hair in bathroom. Waited 40 minutes for hotel clerk to arrive at the front desk.

IT was a good place to stay

The room is ok, kinda small and plain. View is horrible. Bed is somewhat hard, pillows lumpy. The door lets in too much light at night as do the curtains being too short. The pool tiles are dirty around the edges and the ceiling fans are disgustingly dirty. There are lumps of dust stuck to the walls. Our bathroom light fixture is really dusty. We had no toothpaste or floss or hair conditioner. Towels are cheap, not soft. There were no towels at the pool, and I had to wait about 5 minutes at the unattended front desk to get 2. The grounds are not well maintained - lots of weeds in the pavement - not that that really matters but it affects our opinion of the place overall. The room wasn't well sound proofed. There were strange rushing water sounds and squeaky sounds which made it hard to sleep as well as loud footsteps above our heads. It's not a horrible place but not great either. I didn't sleep that well. Complimentary herbal tea would be nice, maybe some donuts/muffins.
