Me and my family stayed at the crowne plaza for 4 days during thanksgiving for the cowboys game it was amazing the staff was super helpful and friendly the staff even took the time to stage my daughters bed with her stuffed animals. They have an indoor swiming pool, gym and a hot tub everything was very clean they serve breakfast until 11:30 a.m, so no need to rush to get up early. They also have a self serve area open 24/7, so when my daughter wanted a snack, she was able to go there and get it her self. We come to texas once a year for the Dallas cowboys game and this is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. So each and every year we will be staying in this one hands down.

It is a great clean hotel right in the vicinity of all of the arlington activities. One thing they should definitely change is the quality of toilet paper. It is super thin and rough, like something you would find at a cheap hotel or home depot bathroom. Staff was very nice and I like that you can purchase drinks from the grab and go area at the front desk in the evening. The bed was neutral which was fine, I would rather that then the firm bed you get with some hotels. I didnt get a chance to try any food or visit the bar while I was there.

It was ok the man at the desk was ok but my $100 is still pending which I was told I would get back in a few days it now 11/4 that’s not good.

This property wait until you arrive to tell you no chime or apple , plus they want to charge you additional 100 holding fee which u want get back until 5 to 7 days … The price they was charging was ridiculous for 1 one $250 plus additional 100

Amazing stay here at the Crowne Plaza, my room was clean and the staff were amazing.
Also, there’s a trolly that goes by if you're going to a sports game.

The staff is very friendly from checking in to checking out and everything in between. They did charge $100 per night for amenities. In the event you didn’t use those of course it was refunded. We did go during a holiday weekend, it was kind of loud at night time we were right across from the elevators. Other than that, the property was clean. It was easy access to Six Flags and hurricane Harbor as well as many other restaurants in the area. We would definitely be back.

Good stay! Enjoyed the pool. The facilities were nice. Staff was great. Only minor issue was room cleanliness. We found a leftover sock in the main bedroom floor and a THC concentrate in the sofa bed.

A decent 3 star hotel. Rooms are a little older, pull out couch in the suite is not comfortable, but the kids delt with it. There were some stains on the couch cushions.
The pool was good for the kids to burn some energy. It was very hot in the pool area, so be prepared to jump in if you are watching the kids! Feels like a sauna!
Besides that, the beds were nice and clean. Room service was great, came right up with extra towels and anything needed. Friendly staff including at the restaurant. We had a good time and it was a 7 minute uber ride to AT&T Stadium!!

Our stay was fabulous. The room was large and spacious. The room was a little warm, but not too bad. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We paid the extra fee for breakfast and it was a pleasant surprise! The breakfast Buffett was nice and overflowing with all types of food. It was quiet but conveniently located to Globe Life.

There seemed to be no accountability for these noise makers. For this reason, I probably won’t be back. Not because of the patrons, but because staff did nothing to stop them. Unacceptable.

Affordable luxury! The staff were super nice and texted me after we got settled into our room to make sure everything was going well. We had several friends stay in the double queen suite, and had room to spare! The large sectional and separate rooms with two TVs was such a place. Definitely will stay here for our next staycation!

I wasn’t happy the way I was treated by the staff and I’m sure it was because the color of my skin service wasn’t up to par! The hotel itself was nice beautiful!
