Always clean

The experience was not a good one. The property looks more like a prison than hotel. The key card didn't work. We didn't ask for another because the front desk person wasn't very helpful. We left without seeing the inside of a room.

Only complaints were lack of parking and/or door access on the sides and back, had to walk all the way around to the front, no big deal except it was raining. Also, our room had only A/C no heat, it was freezing cold, BUT the front desk gave us a portable heater during our stay. Otherwise very nice, great access, friendly staff, we would stay there again.

THE WORST hotel experience we have ever had. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking a stay there. They were rude, the property wasn’t well-kept and the building is in disrepair. All interiors are dated and dirty. The worst part of a horrendous stay was when we returned from shopping after 2 hours to find our room EMPTY. They had removed all of our personal belongings while we were gone and stashed them in the housekeeping closet. They claimed a “glitch in their system” caused them to think we should have checked out already so they removed our belongings from the room. The staff was rude and refused to contact a manager, as there was no manager on staff, nobody authorized to issue a refund and no one who knew who the hotel was insured under. I still have not received a refund and this experience ruined our entire trip.

The room was ok. The Jacuzzi tub was the best part. You can tell by the photos below the state of the room was kind of sad.

The hotel advertisement said Bar and restaurant but the Bar is only open on Friday and Saturday nights and the restaurant is only open for breakfast. I only choose Hotels with a bar and restaurant. So I will not choose this one again.

Rooms were cleaned and bathrooms were clean. Some how we got a a jointing room and it’s was very loud next door. They were very loud at 6am in the morning.

Cold-Thermostat not working. Elec outlets would not charge cell phones. TV would not come on.

I reserved a room for my son’s birthday and we got there at 11 pm to be told there was no room available even though I reserved one. We had to rush around at 11 at night trying to find a place to sleep

Our room was fairly clean but the hallway outside our room smelled like mildew from a wet carpet. Very overpowering and not good for allergies.

The hotel was too highly rated, from the entrance to the "hotel", worst than a Motel, it smelled, very old carpet, moldy, extremely old fashioned furniture, and to top it off, we were awoken at 8am, housekeeper wanted to service the room, very disappointed.
