Easy t9 check in, easy to find the amenities and room. Liked that in the room there was a coffe machine (but flavoured pods and a big no no to me...just wanted a normal coffee!!), extra glasses i.e wine glasses and timblers...nice touch. The shower screens rubber stopper at the bottom was easily pulled off by my youngest and it was vile with grime and mould..this need a proper clean. The main bed infront of the tv i found very hard and had to swap with one of my children. Our room was on the first floor over look the rear entrance which panicked me a little with noise of the public late night /early morning but we never heard a thing. We used the pool with our children but found it a little frowned apon that the kids wanted to play in the water by the other guest.the tiles around the pool were very slippery and it was dirty too. Other than the items above, we enjoyes our stay, location is great and all areas are accessible with a stroller.

Amazing hotel, the staff went above and beyond to make the stay special. The hotel doesn’t look much from outside but when you get into the lobby you see how lovely it is! We stayed in the penthouse suite which was big, clean and the hotel smelt lovely throughout!

We chanced our luck to check in abit early but we couldn’t get our room till 3pm, can’t be helped. We got to your room and my partner had paid for a surprise prosecco to the room, it wasn’t there! He complained and they refunded us and delivered the bottle late. The view from the room was lovely. But if you want a good nights sleep then don’t book here. The bed was like a camp bed and slightly moving or turning over it just creaked so so badly that we got no sleep :0(

There were issues with the first room they gave me, but the staff were extremely helpful to move me to a better room. They were helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The room we stayed in had stains on the carpets and dusty carpet. The carpet was off putting. The room number is 139, apart from that the rest of the room was reasonable

The hotel was good, but a little tired in places and could do with a bit of modernising. The room was comfortable, but a bit dated. The breakfast was lovely and the location was great.

One of the days we were there we were going out at about 5pm but on returning to the room to get ready it hadn't been serviced, I had a quick shower, went out for dinner. Were still a little early so popped back to room. Still not serviced. I appreciate it was a Sunday but I feel this was unacceptable.

I had booked for £140, but then got mysteriously cancelled. Rebooked at £360. Got a bag of crisps and a note welcoming me, not exactly worth £200. Ill never stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable but air con very noisy.
