Place was ok, very clean but room furniture needs updating, needs drapes and pool looked murky and too cold to swim.

The staff was great, friendly and kind! The rooms are dated and smell like a wet dog. I get the dog-friendly approach, but not with old carpet. They had coffee in the morning, but no breakfast. For $300 a night, one should expect a little more than this hotel provided.

The room was large and spacious, but the building we were in must have been the old part of the hotel as it looked pretty run down compared to the rest of the hotel (paint was chipped and scratches along the walls, lighting was super dim in the hallways, and it was a lot colder than the other building). It was also a long walk to get to our section of the hotel as there was only ine elevator and then you had to walk through the entire building and up a ramp to get to our building . The hairdryer in the room also did not work. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

Bathroom lights were broken. Maintenance never came by to replace them, so 2 night of using a flashlight to shower.

Took the low cost option for my stay. Shared the room with several spider webs and had a clog sink. Shower was good and bed was ok… a bit noisy… very worn facility…

Property was not clean. Bugs and spiders in the bathroom. Tub was chipped and dirty. Carpet was torn.

Courtney from White River Inn was beyond helpful and kind.

Whenever i go to vernont this is where i would stay beautiful area nice and quiet.

The cart had a lot of stains..only a floor lamp that didnt work

The White River Inn and Suites is a phenomenal and under-appreciated gem. The pool is lovely, the rooms are spacious and charming, and the staff is exceptionally helpful and welcoming for a very reasonable price. I am looking forward to booking again. Bravo !

If you choose to stay in this establishment be sure to have your transportation in order because there is little to no local transportation running 24/7

Wifi was not strong enough to connect devices in room. Construction on road beside hotel is dangerous for vehicles. Bed js not comfortable, pillows were terrible

The carpet had just been cleaned so the room had a musty smell. Otherwise no issues
