The air conditioning was awful. Our room never cooled down. If we set it at 68 or 63. No difference.

It was great all around. The check in was easy. The room was reserved in my husband’s name; I like that they had me call my husband to verify I was okay to check in on our behalf. They definitely watch out for the safety of their guests. The hotel was pristine. Great view. I’ll stay there again whenever I go back to Charlotte

Broken coffee machine in lounge was a huge let down. The lady in there also needs to stop eye balling people when they come in to grab hors d’oeuvres. Be respectful and give people their space

Nice, clean and very convenient to walk to places in the uptown area.

for the last 20 years I have been staying at the Hilton and the hotel is really nice. I do have one concern . The restaurant at the Hilton waitresses. ( either from Africa or India ) don't do anything . the waitress lets the bus bus and girls do all the servicing at dinner and at the Breakfast . but they get all the tips. The tips should be shared. The Spanish bus girls do all the servicing .. and no tips get shared.

Our room faced the city so we heard traffic and ambulances all night. The second room we booked was quiet and everyone slept well. Definitely recommend inner rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

You can hear almost everything from your neighbor next door. Beds we a bit to be desired. Very uncomfortable. Other than that some of the best hotel food I've had in a long time. Go see Daniel at the bar he was the best part of our stay.
