Very clean, convenient location. Plenty of area to stay for several days and relax. Staff were very kind and helpful with any questions. Walkable to lots of Vienna sights, and it is easy to access everything else by a quick bus ride.

Perfect location for us and a really great stay. Very easy walk to the parliament building and a tram stop only a minute or 2 walk away from the hotel. A Spar almost opposite and plenty of food options within a five minute walk. The room was basic but clean and the aircon worked very well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There’s also a pool table and a quiet lounge perfect for an evening playing cards with drinks available at regular bar prices. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and located in a perfect place to walk to all the cool things to see in Vienna. But, I have to say that we got the most unexpected upgrade to a suite that we ever have received before at a hotel, so that certainly brought a smile to our faces!

I knew already the hotel since I have stayed a couple of times in the past. It is located in one of the most beautiful and interesting streets of the city according to my opinion. The room was large and peaceful. I enjoyed it very much and I will book there again for sure. Breakfast was good and people at reception helpful when I asked some information related to the means of transport.

It was our second time in Vienna and Theaterhotel, in another room this time. Older than the previous time, but with a more classic Vienna feeling. Nevertheless, clean and everything was working flawlessly, soundproofed, bathroom renovated, nice bedding. We consider this hotel as our home in Vienna, we recommend it without hesitation for it being cute and clean and in a great location and we hope we'll have the opportunity to come back to the property, as Wien is just great and we cannot get enough of it.

The room reminded me of an aging beauty hanging on to her faded glory: very tall ceilings with art nouveau-style chandeliers, deep red carpeting and faux antique style furnishings. Bathroom is basic white tile, but clean and bright. As far as location, it is somewhat walkable to the main sightseeing areas with easy access to the tram, however there must be hotels closer to the museums than this one. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with directions.

Theater Hotel is an amazing place in the best Vienna location possible. We walked all over the city, and we were able to walk almost anywhere we want to. The stuff is very kind and helpful, very client oriented. The room we had was great. Pretty big for 4(2 adults + 2 kids) people with a long hallway. The breakfast was always delicious with quality food and drinks, the best breakfast you can ask for. Also, they have a nice entry room with a billiard where you can chill and have couple of drinks in the late evening. We like to try different places when we come to the same city, but this time we will definitely stay again in the Theater Hotel when we will visit Vienna next time.

Location is great! Easy walk to anything in Innere Stadt and just a few steps to tram for farther visits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was larger than expected, clean, and quite pretty. Nearby are small markets and restaurants. Definitely recommend and plan to stay here again if I return to Vienna.
