Noleka W. this been the worst property I have ever stayed in when I checked in my room and did a walk-through. I seen a dead roach underneath the air condition unit the carpet smell horrible. The bathroom look like someone got some flat paint and decided to paint the tub paint falling off the wall throughout the property. please avoid this location

Ac didn’t work nor did the shower. Moved to new room but that had spiders and the toilet didn’t flush. Never will stay again.

Staff were amazing, but it has definitely seen better days. Room had broken furniture, peeling paint and the carpet was extremely stained and smelled of mildew

Property is in need of a major face-lift but served our purpose for a couple nights during a local termite treatment, manager did waive 2nd night pet fee which was very nice.

Clean rugs, pets should be on first floor hard floor.

The floor we were on had a hallway that smelled bad and we didn't stay. Left without using the room and filled out a claim with expedia.

Over all good . Nice reception . Good breakfast. Nice suggestion is to try to control smoking smells in hall ways . Good stay though.

The room was kind of dingy and smelled funny.

The online check-in and check-out processes were convenient and easy. The breakfast was good. There was a vending machine with sodas on our floor, however, nothing showing the price. There were people smoking inside the building as well as at the doorways leading outside on multiple occasions. Our room had stains in the carpeting. On our last day, we found a bedbug in one of the beds. The lady at the front informed us they have never had any complaints and then inquired as to if we brought bedbugs with us. We even caught it and put it in one of our ziploc bags we had our toiletries in, and they were still in denial. They did say they were calling pest control for the room, but I am still waiting to hear back as to how they are going to remedy the situation as finding this bug made us have to take preventive measures when getting home and of course made us paranoid we were covered in bugs. Needless to say, I won't choose this hotel again.
