Do not stay at this hotel if you have a late flight.
The shuttle from the terminal stops at 11:40 pm all other hotels keep running, taxi will cost you chf 25.
Having had a delayed flight my family and I hadn’t had a drink for 4 hours. We went to the bar and were told he closed 20 mins earlier despite serving drinks as he said it. I asked if we could just take water to the room and he said no he was closed as he continued to pour beef for drunk guests.
I complained at the desk, he pointed to the vending machine and offered no water; the machine was broken.
Do yourself a favour and stay someone else.

Very good location, close to the airport, room service is good, there're options of restaurant at the Hotel. The room has a nice size, they provided a baby cot. They have also transfer for the airport. The cons, the parking is paid what I think could be included in the stay, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and could have more pillow options.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly staff and convenient to the airport, car rental return and train station. Key system didn’t work when we were there requiring staff to let us in the elevator and open our rooms, as needed. Also mattresses need to be replaced. Not very comfortable.

The hotel is close to the airport but not within easy walking distance. The shuttle bus can be full sometimes and require reservations. There are no restaurants near the hotel and the hotel’s restaurants have their own hours and don’t serve food all the time. So if you arrive at odd hours bring your own food or order from Uber Eats. The good thing is there is a tram (#14 and 18) near the hotel and you can take it to the city center. If I knew about the location, I would have stayed at somewhere closer to the city center.

Coffee machine and electric kettle in room not working and when I asked the reception the person in charge said he can’t do anything about it. He said will send someone next day . No one was sent next day !!!’

Perfect hotel for one night, affordable and close to the airport. They provide a free airport shuttle. Breakfast is expensive but it’s Switzerland…a couple of nice dining options including a Japanese BeniHana-style place. Definitely recommend!

Staff and service was extremely rude! There was no customer service at all! NOT AT ALL kids friendly!! I requested them early breakfast for kids because we were checking out early at 6 am due to our early flight.
Staff they don’t care about kids if they can’t get breakfast!! But they can’t prepare breakfast box for kids at 6 am instead of regular 6:30 am

Great property for a quick stay before an early flight. Room was comfortable, water in room was a nice touch. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room service was fast and high quality. Recommend they consider replacing the carpet in the hallways, but that’s the only thing that I can think of improving. Overall a great experience!

The staff was very friendly and nice and accommodating. Our plane left later in the day so they extended our stay so we wouldn’t be waiting for hours at the airport. Very nice place.
