Don't get fooled for the low price. Pay a lil bit more at other hotel and stay safe. This place got Zero higiene Zero protection and Zero comfort. The cigarette smells didn't let me sleep and when I got asleep a roach woke me up walking over me... In the morning I had to fight for a refund on my next 2 nights.When I finally got it I moved to another place. This hotel looks more like a public shelter. At nights is not safe to be outside with some homeless people walking around and weird guys "apparently" doing some kind of iligal trades. Hotels website should do something over this matter or don't offer this kind of places as a "great option" , you guys are taking your good reputation to the lower levels.

The room was missing a t.v and refridgerator. The floor was dirty and nasty! Drug use outside. Just a terrible place to stay! Don't waste your money here!

Room had so many roaches. The shower was dirty plus hair was stuck to the walls and plus there were roaches in the fridge !! Never again !!

We had a emergency situation that had us desperate to find rooms close to a hospital. This was cheap but I wasn’t even worth the money. It was bad. And I was barely there. We had to buy bleach and clean the room.

My SO and I drove into town 4 hours away because my sister in law committed suicide late last night. We have had an awful night and terrible hotel stay.
What I booked was a king room. When I arrived to check in, I was told there weren’t anymore. We got a double bed room.
We couldn’t use one bed because it had a mold stain on it!
I asked the receptionist why and she said “I don’t know why it’s like that online.”
Not only that, the room had mold on the ceilings and even on the sheets.
We needed to stay another night but due to the conditions, we checked out and decided not to get another night.
Please excuse the unmade beds due to the circumstances, that is the last of our worries.

The service was horrible. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm and then didn't have anything ready for me until 430pm. Then 6 rooms in a row they put me in were all unacceptable. I demanded a refund amd wemt to another hotel

When to check in and they said there was no more rooms available. I reserved the room on web site. I called customer service said it was a 3 hour wait. Called customer service the next day still haven't gotten no where on my refund.

1st reserved for a king bed said online there was 6 left got there with in 8 mins. Said there was only queen double beds 2nd key card wouldn't work for 15 mins .cuz the knob was falling off 3rd black mold everywhere though it was from dampness in the air till it started to rain then the floor became saturated water was coming up threw the floor.4th the bed was dirty had stains on mattress

I just like when they took up time with people to ask them about do y'all want up stairs or down stairs they care about people safety and having a quiet place to sleep me and my husband just love staying at motel 6 cause they are nice people here

This was the worst stay me and my family ever had because the service was terrible and there was black mold on the ceiling in both rooms and I have a high risk pregnancy and the black mold could have put me in the hospital and the TVs were out our entire stay and they never gave us fresh towels and sheets because they didn't have enough in the laundry room

The staff members through both recent stays was both willing and were to customer satisfaction. Actually made some good choices d vision that really matters

This place is an absolute nightmare. It’s so dirty, no towels and when asked for some they had none. Had to pay for key cards, couldn’t get into our room half the time. Noisy, and cops all over the place. Do not stay here ever!

The floor was not swept see dirt under the beds.I went out to a program for the evening and came back. The floor was soaked from water and the air conditioner was on before I turned it off. The office clerk says this happens all the time when you have the air conditioner off. A customer should not have to suffer from being cold to have the air on so the floor can stay dry...

Maintenance wasmt there to be abale to fix it, so half our party had to get a different room and wait till 9am before we could get our stuff from the room where the door wouldn't work. Was told we'd get a refund for that room for the inconvenience. Still waiting on that part, but the fact that there is a refund at all shows that at least the staff thrmselves have integrity and will often try their best with what they have. And they really did try.
