Great stay , good location, clean hotel.

My experience was great and I will stay again. Close to everything.

Hotel is a bit run down. One working elevator with a hole in the floor. At breakfast, the lady kept yelling at everybody to keep “her spoons” out of the meat and eggs serving containers. It was not a nice way to start the morning.

It was a good stay, but the hotel is dated and definitely in need of a revamp .

The staff was very kind and friendly. Also, the hotel is in a beautiful area and convenient location.

We had just arrived after a 7 hour drive. I stepped into the hotel and the maintenance man was about his business. He looked up and said “good afternoon”! He cautioned me about the damp floor said enjoy your stay. The Housekeeping Supervisor was just as polite. You knew that she took her position seriously. She was such a professional. I know where it stems from! The Front Desk Manager! I have traveled so many places. I have stayed in so many hotels and have met many, many, many Mangers, none as warm, considerate and professional as he. I am not sure, but I think his name is Rod. He took time o explain the shopping areas and arranged for the transportation. He also explained areas for food and any other concerns that we had. I was just so pleased with him and I attribute the attitude of all the staff that I encountered was because he set the bar. I had a short but wonderful stay. Please let Rod know that we appreciated him. Ms. Smith P.S. Check the date and time of arrival to confirm that Rod was indeed the Manager. It was the manager on the afternoon shift!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I booked this hotel because it had a large pool for lap swimming. The pool itself was fine but the card reader did not work so I Had to walk around in my dripping swimsuit to the front door and through the lobby to get to the elevators.

Hotel was conveniently located and had ample parking. Breakfast was nice & hot. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. I’d stay here again.
