Worst hotel experience of my life. Bed bugs, fire alarms, room service stole my bath creams and phone charger. And to top it off, stole my deposit. Just shameful. A disgrace.

I got there on 9/20/24 checked in I asked the guy if I could pay when I check out he said it’s all paid I said no I want to use a different card then what I booked with he said yes you can pay on check out. Got to my room it smelled like mildew BAD! There was what looked like blood splatters on the ceiling and a bullet hole above the bed. On Sunday I saw the charge on my discover and it didn’t match my hotel.com amount so I questioned it. The guy had no clue I told him to figure it out and I’ll check back when I get back as I had a wedding to get too. When I came back that evening the workers were high as a kite the office reeked of marijuana and they gave me some bogus line on how it’s taxes and this and that all taxes were added to hotel.com numbers still didn’t match. At this time I said I want to pay for my room gave them the card I wanted to use they told me I was all set. I asked where my receipt was he said you get it in the morning when you check out, I said I am checking out at 330 he said that’s fine. I also mentioned the issues with my room and I was blown off! Also not once did room service change out my towels for clean ones or do anything else. I will defiantly be calling customer service and filing a HUGE complaint. And to top it off they took my other credit card number and still charged the room to the wrong card! They also charged me more then I was supposed to be charged!! Never again don’t waste your time or money on this DUMP!!

I walked into the lobby and it smelled like smoke. I verified the ability to take a shuttle when booking. There was one in the lot but told they don’t shuttle. The room was clean but dated with worn carpet. No Kleenexes, no clock. Very disappointed all around. I checked out the next morning and went elsewhere the next two nights of my trip.

The front desk staf was very nice and pleasant

They need to continue to improve the property. Some posted signs made me feel this was not a good area to stay in.

Everything was just right! Clean, comfortable, easy parking, good coffee and some food!

No housekeeping, unclean, smelled. Breakfast was from 6-9 was never ready until after 6:30 if that. Never any butter. Food ran out by 8 AM. Bedbugs in room. Was bitten and had to go to Urgent Care when I arrived home. Have photos of bites and doctors notes. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The entire hotel smelled of old cigarette smoke and especially my "non-smoking" room. There were no blackout drapes so the ambient lighting from outside was in the room all night long. The included breakfast was just carbohydrates and bad carbs at that. No protein to be found. Better not to offer it than to offer junk. I wasn't expecting the Ritz. But you need a fill cigarette smoke mitigation effort and install blackout drapes.

it took over an hour to get me checked in after 2 o’clock into one of my two rooms. The second room took another hour …in the first room , the freezer part of refrigerator was so full of ice. I couldn’t put anything in there and everything I put in the refrigerator froze. In the second room, there was no refrigerator and there was no way to turn the light on as you walked in the door .. no refrigerator either …this morning at 7:30 in the morning even though I had a, do not disturb sign on both of our doors. They kept knocking at the door saying they wanted to come in to clean the room. quite frankly, I really want a refund. I took pictures of everything and if you like me to share them with The World, I will or share them with you, but I really think it’s time to refund all of the money that I spent on these two rules that were awful another thing they were people smoking outside the front door all over the place and people that were partying and being loud, and a couple of times next to our rooms in the hallway people yelling at each other. This is not a place I’d want to be the other thing. Is the people walk around that work here on their cell phones the whole time I have pictures and videos of them doing nothing and talking on their phones when they’re supposed to be cleaning up and they’re standing there on their cell phones. There are terriblepeople working there so can I expect a refund?
