Room key didn't work, I had to go back to front desk to re-program. Bad showerhead spraying water sideways. Toilet not flushing - chain to flapper valve broken (re-connected it myself). Very noisy, rumbling AC/heater unit. Strong odor of dog poop at 4th floor elevator area. Dirty elevator with floor indicator broken. Hidden $15 + tax parking fee not listed in booking, not disclosed at check-in. I will not re-visit.

Very convenient to shopping / dining options, including a superb coffee shop next door. Lovely interior courtyard and nice views from the room.

The front desk staff / receptionists could use some hospitality training so that they will learn to make guests feel welcomed when arriving and departing from the hotel.

Great place to stay if you are budgeting.Friendly staff. Pretty close to DT Seattle. You can tell this place has been re-furnished as some areas look run down but overall a good stay.

Decent price. Mostly clean. The courtyard area would be super awesome if it was kept up. Was bummed to see that it wasn't. Pillows need to be replaced for sure but other than that, the bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and painless and the area seemed safe.

Very old hotel, the photos are either Ai or dated on the listing. The smell once you leave the first floor told me everything I needed to know about what to expect upon entering the room. I maintained optimism, unfortunately the smell was quite bad (the older carpet mixed with the lower pressure showers steaming up the joint no a hot combo. But let’s back up to the front desk, who informed me of the rules twice. You’d think I was in a hostel. I could go on. And I will. The restaurant connected to the hotel is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I call for a total remodel! Like everything must go. The location is too nice for the land to be tied to the building.

Do not try them out. Rooms stink, not updated, not good internet, believe me there better options for the same price of less.

Did not have remote TV control. Requested from front desk could not provide after hours. Additional parking fee not advised. Charging of incidental deposit.

Amazing hotel

Staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were granted late checkout as I awaited my second surgery for the day.

The stay was pleasant.

Clean and well kept. Hotel showing its age. Pool area was very nice and there was a nice outdoor courtyard.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process quick and seamless. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – close to local attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat.

Property has a strong musty smoke smell throughout.
