First things first, we used Hotesl.com to book but the room we had paid for was not available and moved us to smaller beds. I would NOT suggest booking this hotel with this app, they don't respect it. Also, the carpet inside of the room was wet. I kept having to change my socks. The third thing is that the rest room smelled bad, as if someone had just used the toilet or vomited inside of it. Last, the beds kept shifting and were not comfortable at all. Unpleasant stay and I would definitely not come back here again or refer anyone to this place.

There was a lot of stomping and noise from the people in an above room. I called the front desk twice and was told they would do something about it but nothing changed. It went on until 3 in the morning. Got now sleep.

The check in person was either high or drunk. Don’t order food from the bar unless you have an hour and a half to wait for microwave food. Other than that it was a decent cheap place to stay. Rooms are small but it does the need to sleeping. AC was 60 all night and it only got down to 72.

Check in was quick. Staff was great. I felt safe. The super water was hot just like I need it. The room was comfortable. I’d stay again.

Terrible. Poorly managed with an incredibly rude General manager Grady Wallace that threatens his guest and escalates already frustrating situations. Key readers didn’t work. Couldn’t provide us with keys to rooms, had to ask front desk to open room EVERY TIME you wanted to get in.

Check in was smooth. Clerk was nice. Nice bar and friendly bartender. Loved the pool table. Room was clean, roomy and had cool features. Sadly there was no hot water. Only other issue was one elevator had a malfunctioning 1st floor button.
We really enjoyed our stay here and the proximity to lots of restaurants and places to go.

There is no actual door to divide the restroom from the room which was a huge downfall since we were sharing rooms with my in-laws. I believed there was a lack of privacy because of the design of the restroom. This hotel would be better for a couple and no so much family oriented.

I booked the room for family visiting from out of town. The front desk wasn’t even familiar with the size of the bed(s) available in the handicap accessible room. Next my family said that the sheets were not clean when they arrived. How gross can you be?
