The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Every time I'm in this area, I stay here, and each time it has exceeded my expectations.

Best place in Lompoc to stay for the price. They should water their plants though. Only 1 bath towel. They came in my room while I was gone but only emptied the trash. Good pet friendly place.

Very quiet. Nice room with microwave and fridge, bathtub, desk, lamps, everything works.only one bath towel but it is ok.

I had called 45 min ahead of arrival to confirm they had my reservation and that everything was fine. (Just had a feeling). The woman that answered said yes she had my reservation and everything was fine. When I arrived she tells me that they are sold out and have no rooms available. I asked why she told me that my reservation was set and ready. She said that she confirmed my reservation not that she had a room available I was dumbfounded. She then when to tell physically check in rooms if she had something available she said well it looks like I have 2 queen beds available. The whole process was inefficient and completely unprofessional. Stay away from this place!!!

We arrived around 10 pm and were initially assigned room 224 or 223, which haven't have a window only screen and no lock at the door. After complaining at the front desk, we were moved to room 223 or 224, which was in terrible condition, including a broken door lock, the towel rack was broken and torn from the wall, with the bar lying on the floor. Despite Monica's kind assistance, no more rooms were available, and the security personnel reassured us that there would be no issues, but we felt unsafe and had to place a chair against the door. In addition to these issues, the room had no towels, we couldn't shower because there were no towels available in the hotel. The room and bathroom were very dirty. Given these problems, I was surprised when the room charge was $124 at checkout. I requested a discount and the manager gives 10% Considering the poor condition of the room and the inconvenience we experienced, the price does not reflect the quality provided. I sent another email to the manager Mina to request a bigger discount and she did not respond to my email.

After letting check in agent know, I didn't want the room asssiged because of a dog barking in the next room, he quickly assigned me to another room, eventhough, he mentioned, they are a pet friendly facility, so there might be a chance that I would still hear pet noices.

The sink clogged, the internet and the TV didnt work. The front desk guy seems nice but has nothing to offer. I want my money back! Lol

Wow, coffee maker fridge big tv screen...but no towels bath mat kleenex or PHONE to call the front desk to ask for those things! In all fairness the front desk was immediately responsive in getting us towels (couldn't do anything about no house phone,made do with toilet paper in lieu of kleenex); this is definitely a no frills property so be forewarned! Room was reasonably clean, floor was a bit gritty but with the wind and lack of vegetation outside that's to be expected. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and shower worked fine.

Homeless man was laid out right in front of our door with his shopping cart full and it smelled . Room smelled bad and was in bad condition.

There were no towels, the blow dryer was mounted on a wall that had no outlet to use. Sheets had bunch of stains and holes. Floors were dirty. Safety hook on door was broken. You could hear so much noise from other rooms. Horrible experience.
