Slightly dated but lovely place to stay. The buffet was not fantastic but more than adequate. Staff very pleasant and attentive and well trained. Rooms are large and well equipped - except no tea or coffee facility in the room. I would highly recommend.

It was definitely pricer than other hotels in the area. Big room good 3 folks but definitely in need of TLC. The dinners and breakfasts were definitely not the best. Certainly didn’t feel this hotel was worth what we paid.

Very comfortable, large rooms, nice amenities - and great service from all the staff, including the contracted drivers/cabs back and forth from the town and attractions.

Spa closed at 8pm which I felt was too early for a hotel that bills itself as a "spa and resort."

Hotel is ok. Room is a good size and pool is nice. Very isolated area and transportation is limited. Dinner is buffet and not very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this resort. We had an amazing time with the staff from the bell hop, to the front desk, to the concierge, housekeeping and restaurant team - I felt like I was getting Disney resort level service. The rooms were great - the hotel lobby and dining space were very nice. And the whole place was surrounded by jungle, yet close to everything. Pool deck area was wonderful as well, though some of the tiles were worn. They also have a spa and we had a great massage there. Highly recommend!

Our concerns include cleaning mold off the walls while we were there in the hallways and the staff not speaking English. So the menu was disappointing.

I have never ever experienced food this bad in my whole traveling life. The dinner was just awful. And when we went to check out, the reception had 3 dollars in local currency, and could not make change. This place is a disaster, stay anywhere else!
