The television was broken so we couldn't watch TV. No one ever came to fix it or put in a new one. The refrigerator didn't work so the food we had went bad

The person checking us in was friendly however we quickly realized the property was run down and there was a terrible smell in the elevator and our hallway. The room was very dated and you could tell the furniture had been through some abuse. Then we realized there was a broken outlet with exposed metal, very unSafe. Our refrigerator did not work which was awful because we had brought food that required refrigeration. When we told the the staff no one offered any solution. We were told there was no maintenance available. There was no offer to let us move rooms or provide any discount to our room. Was extremely disappointed!! I will not stay here in the future! I would recommend you pay a little more for a much better experience!! Also the breakfast was subpar so don’t plan to eat there!

Very bad service, no one spoke English so we could ask anyone anything. The bathroom didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush properly. And the sign “deluxe” breakfast was poor.

Our stay was for 5 nights. Not once was our room cleaned or towels brought to us. Asked the front desk day 2 and nothing. My daughter had to find the cleaning lady to obtain them. Day 3 was told “service is scheduled for today”. Out all day and upon return, nothing was done. Daughter again had to find cleaning lady for toilet paper. Trash was piled up in our room for days. Day 4 went to the pool to swim and get a towel or 2 and there was the smell of marijuana and open liquor bottles by the pool. Thankfully my kids did not get to them. Sad because place was at a quiet, beautiful location. Nice room. Very poor service!

Sticky floors for some reason, no clean smell in hallways and rooms. It smelled like humid dirt. The carpets look dirty. Water comes out the shower. Breakfast was excellent and the personnel was very kind. Good location for dinning options and quiet surroundings.

Great for a convenient, reasonably priced one night stay for a baseball tournament. Clean room, lots of pillows, and a nice breakfast.

Didn't have too bad of a stay here. The property was clean as well as the rooms. However the walls are thin, we could hear every movement of the people above us. Also the beds are very low quality spring matresses.

This place is gross. We requested a refund and was told that we had to contact Expedia. Expedia said to contact the hotel. The room reeked of body odor. Shower had blood in it and the bed was ripped and torn with bed bug droppings. So far refund request was denied.

I wish they would have come in the room and cleaned it after the first night. Had to go ask for clean towels for the room

My only complaint was the AC the room was super hot and we stayed there last month it was much cooler I am assuming they had some issues with the ac system

The property seem to be dated even though there was really nothing wrong with it. A few cults of pain and some replaced carpet with the addition of updated vending machines is all that isneeded
