I booked to escape Hurricane Milton. I couldn't make it there the first night of my stay, they called me, and I could not promise I would be there that night, as I was helping other people. They then cancelled the rest of my booking, without telling me. Then I was left to fend for myself, during a hurricane. In talking to management, it was obvious, there was a language and cultural barrier, but I did not expect there to be a humanitarian barrier.

The room was updated and clean, the AC adequate, a little humid. Advertised as having a microwave but there was none. There was also no WiFi , which was not divulged at time of check-in. As with some other chains, there is no coffee in the lobby, no toiletries. Next door is a Starbucks and Waffle House with internet and breakfast.

The motel have been totally redone outside and inside it was gorgeously clean. It smells like a new place. Very good job guys.

I made a reservation with the wrong check in and check out dates. The person at the front desk was quick in adjusting those dates on my reservation.

Cynthia, the temporary maid cleaned the floor at my request. TV was swapped out for one that worked. I liked the place but the room we paid 100 dls for did not have any bath towels and the tv wouldnt work or the wifi!! This os upsetting when you pay 100 a night!! Staff was nice and the room was clean!!!

It was affordable but not worth it. I would highly recommend spending $10-20 more to stay anywhere else. The rooms are so outdated, dirty floors,

For the price and convenience, it was good. My only complaint would be the mattress was not the best, and the chair (not computer chair) was not as comfortable as it could have been. I would suggest a recliner, as there was plenty of room for one. Our maid was awesome and took care of our needs, she was easy to work with and did a great job!

The first room they gave us had a horrendous smell. Stains on sheets. Second room had roaches and all the towels had stains like dark dirty stains. Left did not like it at all.

The property owner was exceptionally helpful. I'm handicapped and need additional assistance and he was very kind and considerate.
