The space on the room

Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was impressive with a variety of hot and cold food available and a coffee/hot tea bar. It was well stocked until time to close it. Our first room had a broken toilet and clerk made the switch easy. She even tried to figure out how to make the tv work without the remote.

I was told that it was a non smoking facility and signs were everywhere stating this also. Despite that the whole 4th floor and my room smelled like a smoking factory. The room across the hall, the door looked like a chupacabra kicked the door in also.

I will rebooked the rol. For the whole week the next morning and will staynhere any singlr time i am in the area. As well as all my fellow employes that travel. Thanks to sleep inn for Being amazing

Our first night, the AC was not working properly and the staff promptly moved us to another room the next day. Then the staff saw in the camera that our two keys quit working and had two new keys ready as soon as I walked up to the desk! We didn’t require room cleaning. but the ladies offered to bring us extra towels and trash bags and even offered to get us ice from another floor when they saw us carrying cooler to the machine that wasn’t working in our floor. Now that is attentive staff, nothing went unnoticed and quickly resolved any issues.

Lovely Staff, hotel was very clean, the pool was nice but needed to have the filters turned on, good breakfast with definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Front desk was super nice, everything was clean, seemed like a safe quiet area to be in! Not to mention it’s right across from Ross, five below and more! 10/10

Had a bad experience with what appeared to be black mold a week prior at the same motel location in the Brentwood TN area. This time I discovered my room was infersted with ants. Set a plate of food down to take a phone call and when I returned about 5 minutes later, discovered my food was covered in ants. Notified the front desk to see if they had any insect spray which they didn't. The attendant asked if I wanted to move rooms and I declined since I'd had to move rooms the week prior due to what appeared to be black mold. Moving is a pain especially when you're tired and have 2 tired children traveling along. The attendant did come and wipe down the the tables and counter with a disinfectant and vacuumed the room and edged the base boards. I should have moved so I'll take that responsibility, but after 2 less than favorable experiences at the same location a week apart I probably wont book there again, even though the front desk staff was great.

Checked in after a long day and got settled in before I noticed what appeared to be black mold by the doorway wall. Not wanting to be charged for marking up the wall I reported it to the front desk. She asked that I move rooms, which I did reluctantly; hey I was tired and traveling with two children. I see how any weary ravlers could initially miss the mold/markings on the wall but housekeeping and regular staff should have been aware of the condition. It was a pain to have to go through re-packing and moving. The front desk staff was great and I don't feel they hold any responsibility in this particular circumstance. House keeping/Maintenance on the other hand should have been aware of this issue in my opinion.

I saw reviews about hot water, but that was not an issue. When we got into our room it was very stuffy and damp. The carpets felt wet because it was muggy. Everything looked like it had been picked up, but not cleaned. Many things needed a good spray and scrub. The shower door was broken which made it impossible to hang towels for when you got out of the shower. The staff was nice and quick, but if we weren’t arriving super late, I would’ve asked for a refund to stay someplace else.

The best thing about this hotel is it's in an excellent location! And room was quiet. However, hotel does need to address hot water issue. Even with new hot water heaters, I had to run water for over 15 minutes to get hot water.
