Nice visit and room was fine for the stay.

Parking is terrible. Charged 14 dollars a night to park half a block away in an ice covered lot. I have a disability and have a handicapped vehicle tag. There were only e handicap spots and they were occupied by non handicapped cars. I informed the desk clerk and
She said that the police would ticket them. Never happened for 2 nights. Unacceptable.

Overall, everything was great. really enjoyed our stay.
Only washroom countertop was too small, not enough space for our toiletries. Breakfast selection was incredible,
and well arranged.

The room was clean but the bathroom really needed some updating. The faucet leaked. It had a urine smell to it. The heater fan was loud too. The check in staff was nice. Parking was $12 a day but there were few close spots. We had to park in a back lot.

The front desk staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was very good and there were more than enough choices for everyone. We will definitely stay again.

Overall was good. Just two things. The first one and very important for me. There was no eggs at breakfast. And, the other thing was not enough towels in the bathroom. We were 4 and only one towel available.

The perk is its close to Clifton Hills and The Falls. Thats about the only perk! Allows you to rest your head for tge night. Super outdated room like staying in a 80s room that still needed major renos. Front desk werent friendly and never gave clear instructions on parking as there was no availability to patk at the hotel. Parking a few blocks away is fun while dragging luggage and especially having to pay extra for it.

Our room was nice and clean, quite spacious, however the walls are quite thin and we were woken at 6am by a small child next door.
Unfortunately that was not the only noise complaint, the doors to other rooms, when closing make a rather loud bang.
I’m not super sensitive to noises but it would be a much more pleasant experience if the doors either closed slower or somehow made quieter.
The breakfast was quite nice, but the room was very busy due to its size.

Rooms are pretty spacious, they have parking for $12 CAD per day which is not bad and overall a great hotel. They do have their own version of a continental breakfast which is more of grab and go type of food. Overall its a pretty good hotel!!

I wish the room I was in had a mini fridge. The pool is not heated, so it was cold to get in. Plus side it was salt water.

From check-in to check-out, the stay was very good. Neat building and neat rooms, everything was in order. No complaints regarding the rooms and their cleanliness/comfort.
Only suggestion is if the breakfast had more options and if the rooms had water bottles in them atleast.

Hotel was conveniently located to niagara falls, and had lots of dining options. Short walk to more entertainment as well.
The hotel breakfast was small selection in comparision to other continental breakfasts i have had elsewhere. Overall great stay for the price!

It was alright. The room had a weird setup with furniture in locations that seemed odd, no fridge in the room, and a 32" TV.
