The first thing I noticed was all of the mirrors needed cleaned. I went to the desk and asked for glass cleaner and a rag and I cleaned them. I then checked the bed and the staining on the ends of the sheets had me sketched out so I checked the chair and noticed the cushion was flipped because this thick white substanced on the corner matched up that way. Under the cushion was a wet, black and brown spot. I went to the desk again to let them know but he just stared at me so I asked for mold killing cleaner and confirmed it was OKAY for me to clean it because I have never had to clean something like that and he said yeah, he was going to let his manager know. I brought back a completely brown and black rag. Two days later I still never heard anything so I figured they were waiting for me to leave to take action on the mold...? But my do not disturb sign was missing so I went to the desk and asked if anyone was in my room. They said no, the sign was still there when housekeeping went through so I asked for a new one and explained to that man that I had moldy furniture in my room, he offered me a towel and I had to ask multiple times for another sign. I don't recommend a late check in because you will have to clean your room yourself

My room smell, the tiolet keep overflowing. The sheets have stains on it. The room needs a update. Omg.....this is worse room i ever sleep in. When i complain to the man that was working at the desk, he told me there wasn't any more room available. I had to call the front desk for a iron.

Room was not completing clean. Rooms need to be upgraded. Furniture is old and carpet need to replace. Breakfast needs more options.

We stayed for 4 nights and there was something going on with the a/c unit. The sheets on the bed were wet and everything in the room including our items had a wet icky film on them. There wasn't more than a small water drizzle coming from the sink so we had to brush our teeth with water bottles or in the shower. The staff was great but the rooms could have been much better.

At check in girl was rude! The guy on day shift is amazing can't say enough about him and how kind he was to my daughters and I! Second night the person was asleep on desk at 10pm and there was a guest trying to wake her by yelling and calling the front desk phone with cell it took me pushing her iPad over on her to wake her then was rude because she was woken up. Housekeeping was great!
