Was on a business trip.I had some merchandise ship there which was a total of almost $8500.My boxes got stolen and the manager and people that work.where absolutely no help, i had to make a police report and when I asked the manager to pull the cameras in the lobby to see if someone stole my boxes.The internet was conveniently not working 3 days... So i'm assuming it was one of the employees that took my merchandise.not only that the place has a glass window when you check in like a jail ...i high recommend not to stay there for your safety

My husband and I have been staying for a few days and definitely plan to stay again. The bed is so comfy and the view is great. The staff has been amazing and very helpful!

Got there took about 20 min just to get my room keys. Once we checked into the room, holes in the wall. Blood stains on top and bottom sheets. Absolutely disgusting. We ended up leaving right away, wasted $70 on a nasty place. Walking to the room everything was dirty and homeless people outside jamming music and asking for money.

This place is very dirty. Please remove it from your website. I had to leave the room after one night although i booked for 4 nights. The roof fell down at my door. My wife couldn't sleep at night due to very high noise coming from outside. They have not yet refunded my money back.

This hotel was nasty! I was so mad that I spent the asking price on that disgusting place. The paint was peeling off the walls. There was absolutely no counter space in the bathroom. And there were countless amounts of people smoking around the facility. Not to mention that the police was called by one of the tenants. Do not go there. You would have a better outcome sleeping in your own car.

I couldn't stay. I was put off by the smell of weed in the lobby. I got checked in and went to my room and upon opening the door the smell of weed was enough to make my stomach turn. The bed was filthy and unmade. There was dirty clothes, wrappers, food all ove the place. The kitchenette was a disaster and garbage everywhere. I refused to stay. They told me to contact you for a refund and they'd process it but ignored your agents calls so i don't know whats happening. Took me an hour and more money after 9pm to find a room.

Door to the bathroom had a huge sticking point. Trash around the complex. Also note the kitchen had no cookware or any cooking items and the only item stocked in the entire unit was a single bar of soap.

Great hotel with kitchenettes and full size refrigerators. Centraly located so convenient to go anywhere in the Springs. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
