Booked am Ocean view room, but a huge tent was sitting in front of the ocean. The room want the room I paid for and the place looked like it needed an update on the 90s. Staff was friendly, you can use Netflix there and the coffee pot was great.

Really enjoyed everything, except the kitchen. Not stocked too well at all. There was nothing at all for cooking inside the oven or to even warm food. One knife to cut with except for 4 butter knives. No scrubber at all, just washcloths for cleaning.

We love Coral Sands. The room has everything to make our stay comfortable, especially the kitchenette. It is always our go-to place when we are in Ormond Beach. View is amazing, room is always clean, front desk is always friendly and helpful.

Everything was AMAZING! Debbie P at check-in was super nice and helpful. Early check-in was not guaranteed, but they had my room ready for me 2 hours before normal check-in and even upgraded my room! The double queen room with kitchenette came stocked with plates, utensils, and even a toaster! The property was very nice as well as the room and amenities. There was one elevator out of service, but there was another one so it was not a problem. The only thing that would have made this any better would have been breakfast, but there are plenty of great local restaurants to try when you book your stay. Views and cleanliness were spectacular as well! Overall a 1000/10, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Rooms are good for the price. The building it self included the reception hallways elevators and stairs may need some upgrades.

Amazing place. Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Neat, clean, peaceful, beautiful view of the ocean. Everything well kept and accommodating. Fantastic value. Great place for the family without braking the bank. This is my new go too in the Ormond, Daytona Beach area!

Our air conditioner couldn't keep up with the humidity. Floors were very damp, even the sheets were damp. we did have a very nice walk-in shower.

Quiet away from the crazy of Daytona Beach!

The bed was old and uneven and not comfortable at all. The "kitchen" was too cramped to use. How can a beachfront property put up signs that prohibit sandals when walking on the sidewalks or to the pool? That's actually funny!

The rooms are clean, quiet, very comfortable, and there are views from virtually every room. I would describe the grounds as nostalgic Florida and it’s right on the beach. I had a great experience with the staff there too! Definitely recommend it!
