The staff here are amazing. All of them from housekeeping, dining, front desk provided exceptional service. This is our fourth stay here. We will return.

Great stay

The rooms were very spacious and clean, but our bathroom was outdated and the toilet kept running. The pool was awesome! There was an issue with EXTREMELY LOUD teenagers in the middle of the night on Saturday night on our floor that woke up both us and my in-laws at 2AM. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they pretty much didn't care. The elevators also seemed very unstable. Breakfast was great and so was the hotel location.

Great room. Unusual setup. Next to elevator so it was a bit noisy. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and there was coffee out in lobby in the evening time which was really nice.

We had a great stay for a quick overnight as we were seeing a concert in Bridgeport. Everyone at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Our 3rd stay at this place and when I say never disappoint…!!!! The reception is exceptional, rooms are big enough for our family of 4, smells amazing all around the hotel, the 6-10am almost tops it but the slides near the pool is impossible to ignore, just perfect for our little kiddos.

This was a nice hotel. Easy parking and close to a lot of dining options and highways. The room was clean though I think a little dark. The towels were thin and small. The breakfast was sufficient and hot. Overall I would stay again when I visit family.

Great place to stay in and everything around is good

I first start up by saying I booked on Expedia specifically to make sure I had the three rooms that we needed for our vacation. I booked three of the bigger queen rooms. I was the last of my party to arrive as we were stuck in Danbury, Ct in the horrible rainstorm. When I got to the hotel, they told me that my room was not available as they overbooked the hotel. They gave us adjoining rooms however the point of it was, we had to move all of our stuff two days later. I understand that we had the room and I shouldn’t complain, however I’m not sure that booking on Expedia was the best thing to do. I booked three rooms at least three weeks in advance. Very, very unsettling to say the least. Again, not sure if it was Expedia or the Hampton Inn in Shelton Connecticut.

Great experience ,clean, nice property with fin slide at pool and breakfast

Safe and quiet. Convenient location.

Room was dirty and shower towels dirty not happy this time at all. Last 2 times I was there it was clean on 4 floor rooms but this time 6 floor room was dirty.

Breakfast was blah, had to ask for towels, coffee and toilet paper (checked in with barely a half roll.) bathroom set up was weird. Double doors, odd shaped bathroom with a full length mirror that you couldn’t stand in front off. Dirty tub.
