I had such a delightful stay at Hotel Arts Kensington. Everything from the staff to the room to the food and wine were so nice and comforting. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The folks cleaning the room did a great job every day making the bed and tisying the space. We had dinner our first night, and drinks and dessert another night, which was excellent and sophisticated. Corey kept the restaurant open that night to make sure we were able to eat and was so incredibly kind and helpful the rest of our visit. We talked Calgary and wine, and he even brought me custom made chocolate from the pastry chef one night I was enjoying a glass of wine. The complimentary breakfast was well-stocked and satisfying, which made the day an easier start, just as getting taxis called by front desk staff did. I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff almost feels like a family. It's like home away from home with exquisite art and great food.

The experience was amazing, we got a beautiful upgrade with our stay the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops and more. Will recommend and go back!

A beautiful large room with quality fittings and bed. Plenty of room for 2 large suitcases, large and comfortable bathroom with quality towels and accessories. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included - simple but very welcome. And within the lovely Kensington Village locale with great cafes and restaurants and a wonderful village vibe. Just across the bridge from downtown Calgary. Highly recommend this great hotel.

Was unable to stay at the hotel as they could not accommodate our family (queen room and only one roll out). We had to find another hotel and would not allow us to cancel two weeks prior to our reservation. Really unfortunate.

Lovely high-scale B&B style. Bed very comfortable. Room was very warm to sleep and no a/c. They should have a small fan in the room would've made our stay more enjoyable. Nice location to Kensington village area.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. Taxis in Calgary are very reasonable so although the hotel is not downtown $10 will take you there.

A fantastic property in a great location. Kensington is a very walkable neighbourhood with lots of food and shops to explore. A short walk away from the train as well for getting further afield.
Every staff member we interacted with was so hospitable and professional. It felt like they truly enjoyed hosting their guests.
