We were offered an upgrade to a harbor view room for an extra fee at check-in. We opted not to take it. Maybe a mistake - our room window faced a busy street and it was noisy at night. It was reasonably priced and the breakfast was good.

We loved our stay at the Rodd in Moncton. We were doing an East Coast road trip and came back to this hotel on our way home. Tina was abolsutely amazing. Both times through she was so friendly and welcoming and ensured our stay with our 6month old was easy and worry free. We would definitely reccommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Moncton area. It is also super convenient if you want to see the tidal bore

We only stayed on night, but we liked the hotel because it is very well located. We could see the tidal bore from out hotel window. The staff was friendly and gave us very good restaurant recommendations.

We liked being right on the Riverwalk - it was an interesting sight. We also liked being right in the middle of town so we could walk to dinner and had lots of options. I was just a little disappointed that our room was in the motel portion - I didn't realize the property had two styles of rooms. Room was small but very clean and in the end was fine because we could park right outside our door.

I loved that it was right on the river and you could see tidal bore from your room and for a small charge they upgraded our room to be on river side without asking. I also liked security code to get onto building. The suites looked like they were updated. I didn’t think the area around the hotel was the best.

Was a great stay and staff was very nice and friendly my girlfriend hurt herself and the staff was very quick to help us out and provide first aid i would definitely stay again

Road noisy was terrible. Had a very poor sleep.

This property can be noisy if you have a main street view. Lots of traffic with the traffic light right outside. Nice place to stay, clean, friendly staff, very helpful with questions/answers.

This hotel was in a great location for dining, shopping and accessing the Riverfront. BUT…the traffic noise was INSANE!! We were there for two nights and barely slept as we felt like we were in NYC!! Ear plugs did nothing and we were told there were no available rooms in back of hotel. They did compensate us somewhat after we complained upon checkout which was good but I would never stay again unless I knew I was in a room facing the river! I will say however the staff were friendly and courteous and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom however was tiny, with no towel racks and no soap dish so was not a great bathroom experience for two adults for 2 nights. We had towels hanging everywhere and I thankfully travelled with a soap dish that I could use. Just the simple things that hotel bathrooms should have in my opinion!

I guess everything went up in price so for the cost of what it used to be, it didn’t feel worth it. We could have booked at a chain with an indoor pool for the same cost. Otherwise, nice clean rooms and it served a purpose. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice room and nice breakfast provided. However, we were right on the street, and that was noisy. We used earplugs and were fine.
