Great staff!

The photos and expectations shared did not match what we were expecting. It was obvious from our check-in that this hotel was dated. When we were provided with our room and entered, it smelled of mildew. The front desk warned us about the chips in the tub and that they were trying to get someone back to remodel. There was a chair in the corner that had holes in it and there were scuffs on the walls and bathroom floor. Our bedspread had holes in it and the blanket was dated as well. Our ground floor room came with a doll rod to place in our window. Breakfast was waffles, cereal and bagels with beverages. It was obvious that room rates differed from guest to guest and some were complaining which made checkout a little awkward for the woman folding sheets behind the front desk.

Great place for a quick getaway. Only downside was the outer door did not require keycard access.

Good night's rest in a clean room with a comfortable bed. Just what we needed for a night passing through town. The only thing that was wrong was the bathtub in our room was peeling and was rather unsightly to look at. At check-in, we were informed of this, and everything was clean.

Overall id say it was a good deal for the price. The beds were very comfortable. I liked that there was a table so my daught could eat at. The room had a bit of a musty smell and i think it was frim the heater which seeemd pretty ild. I had a hard time adjusting the temperature and was rather warm thruout the night. Overall good stay, staff was nice.

Best budget hotel ever. Spotless , comfy beds need I say more !

Booked this stay based off reviews for one night with three adults and a baby. The hotel looked nice from the outside and average on the inside. The more we looked the dirtier the room seemed. My baby crawled in the floor for 5 minutes while we settled and once I picked her up her clothes, feet, and hands were black the carpet was so dirty. The bathtub was peeling and water pressure was not good. The curtains did not blackout the light from outside it was very bright all night. The traffic noise was very loud. You could here doors closing all night and the people above us walking all night. You could smell very foul food cooking all night. Breakfast was okay - not many options. Check in and check out was a breeze. This was our first stay at this chain and definitely our last.

I’ve never left a bad review in 10 years, but this warrants one. We arrived at 220pm, after driving for 6 hours. I was taking my son to a concert in Detroit and we wanted to check in, drop our stuff, then head to Detroit and return after the show. It’s about an hour away. The front desk lady, told us we had to pay $10 to check in early. I explained the situation, it was only 30 mins early. She told us they had the room ready and available, but she would charge us $10. I asked if we waited for ten minutes, could she give us the room. She refused. I realize $10 is $10, but this has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. She couldn’t even bother to look away from her computer screen to have an eye to eye conversation. I’d never suggest this hotel to anyone.

The rooms could use a bit of updating but overall a nice hotel! We were in town for an event at the speedway so it was close, convenient and well lit.

When we arrived, we were to get a 2 queen suite, but it was on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator we were told. Also, no carts to move luggage. We are not able to do the stairs to 2nd floor. We were switched to a first floor 2 queen (non-suite) and told there would be a different fee. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. The tub was peeling and NO showers were going to happen. Breakfast was just cold cereal and DIY waffles, so we did not eat there. When we checked out, I asked if the change in rate occurred, but the manager assured us it had (as I checked now it was the same rate as our original booking.) So no discount either. We have stayed here in the past, but we won't be in the future. What an "adventure."

Clean and very comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient, short drive to Frankenmuth.

Front staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very basic. Room and bathroom was clean. The hallway reeked of weed at one point. Breakfast room was clean, friendly staff but very basic breakfast choices.
