The bed was very comfortable
I had signed up for 2 queen beds. We got 2 doubles.
It was tight getting the luggage rack into the room.

Easy to find location.
There was an oder in the room when we got there. Opening the window helped.

Easy to get to, good breakfast
No channel guide, bad tv reception, loud heater in the room every time it kicked on it made noises, room was t the one I chose online for pre check in

The location of the hotel.
The bathroom had mold around the shower, the conditioner was empty. The hotel looked like it is in need of a makeover. The sheets on one of the beds had brown and red stains on them and did not appear clean. The pool was cold for being indoor and the hot tub was cloudy. This hotel did not meet my expectations of a Hampton Inn.

Breakfast area was clean.
Rooms were not very clean but not necessarily the housekeeper part just the overall building maintence cleaning part… water stains, paint bubbling etc.

Clean and tidy everywhere .
There was a strong smell of mould in the hallways and especially at the back entrance from the parking lot.
In the main hallways there was a strong scent of something like a disinfectant. You could definitely still smell an underlying awful smell , like the carpets maybe harboured mould , or extermination chemicals.

It’s a bit dated and worn - but it still was fine for our needs.

The room wasn't ready when promised. But wasn't upset.

The room was dirty and smelled like mildew. Upon investigation there was mold next to the air conditioning unit and what looked like possible water damage on one of the walls.

Clean very well maintained property manager was making sure garbage was closed and property was clean when we were leaving always good to have an involved property manager!

Oatmeal and waffles were good. They refilled the coffee instantly when it was gone. The staff was helpful and friendly.

very spacious clean room. food places to eat were close by and a shopping mall close by.
the elevator was pretty far from the room but it was a last-minute reservation.

Could have more than 1 comfortable chairs. Extra seats are nice but uncomfortable when trying to sit and chat.

The first night's stay was great, very quiet. The second night another story!!
The family next to us was extremely loud! Kids yelling, the adult with them is loud. Then they turn the volume up on their TV! I don't normally write a review and we don't normally complain. We will give Hampton another shot but, hopefully we have better neighbors next time we stay!

Location was excelllenntt. Close to everything we wantedd to do. Breakfast was pretty good. They ran out of some items which was disappointing.
Very noisy. Street noise, hallway noise and highway noise. Maybe it was just rowdy weekend.

i didnt get to stay. they gave my reserved room away.
My reserved room was given away and they tried to charge me for the room so i had to call them and now im waiting tor the charges to be reversed
i have never seen a hampton do this in other places. I doubt I will use Hamptons again.
