Hotel was very quiet which was nice. Breakfast was good. Location is perfect. We will be back.
Our room 217, had major paint peeling off in the bathtub.

it was close to everything. staff was very nice.
we got into our room. room was very clean. it’s a non smoking hotel. our room smelled from old cigarettes. we also smelled weed all night and in the morning. we were on the second floor by the door all night we heard people coming and going and door slamming. in the morning at check out I did tell the staff at the desk. they already knew about the weed smell, because they had other complaints. My daughter and I were not very happy.

The room was comfortable and the location was convenient to the highway for traveling to the conference I was attending. Lots of restaurant choices nearby.
I was a little disappointed that booking.com charged me extra for "upgrading" me to a room with double queen beds instead of the accessible single queen room with more space, especially since I could have gotten that room for the same price when I first booked it.

Convenient location
The parking lot and sidewalks had inappropriate paraphernalia. The exterior doors were both broken and did not lock… anyone could walk right in.

Breakfast was ok, not much left by 8:30 am.. Bed comfortable and room clean.
Outside entrance unappealing. Cigarette butts littered and unkept looking.

Great place comfortable nice and great staff for 5/6 employees. :-)
There is a 100/hold on card for room unless you book directly.. $55/night for room plus $100 deposit or $67/night through property for me personally I'm sure will vary night to night.

I was renting a room for a friend coming to town. I was never told through booking I would have to leave $100 deposit because I had a birch run address.
I was told till after I signed all check in papers that hot tub was out of order. We had planned on relaxing in hot tub for a bit.

The website was very deceiving. Pictures were definitely not accurate. Showed a pool only to find out it’s a small Im not sure what that was filthy and was closed most of the time.
The bathtub was peeling. Cabinet with refrigerator looks like it was never cleaned.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels provided. Mini fridge and microwave. Large selection of tv channels. WiFi included.
Room 114, unpleasant pipe/plumbing type odor from the bathroom that’s noticeable walking into the room. Leaving the bathroom fan running did help rid it. A bit loud, often heard people above me, traffic outside, staff going in and coming out of the door across the hall from the room.
