I arrived very early to the hotel and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me which was wonderful! The service at this hotel was great.
However, there was mold all over the sliding door entrance to the hotel. I understand it's Florida and that's what happens but it still didn't provide a great first impression. After my early check-in, I dropped off my luggage and headed to an event for the rest of the afternoon/evening. Once I returned to the hotel, I noticed that the curtains in my room also had mold on them! It was late and I needed to go to bed before an early flight so I didn't try to change rooms, but that was not good. I would not stay at this hotel again because of that.

when we arrived they said someone was booked with our booking with all details same except the customer name. we had to call hotels.com to fix the issue. property is very old and the customer service at front desk is unexpected. carpet and floor are worn out. hot water is coming in cold mode. it was very disappointing for hotels like Hilton.

Very convenient I-75 access! And the front desk staff were wonderful. They replaced the hair dryer in our room promptly when I realized it was stuck on the cool setting, and they went above and beyond and provided us with GIANT trash bags to wear as ponchos for the concert we were headed to, so we could stay dry! Amazing!!

Had to drive anywhere I needed to go. The pool looked nice ..but it was raining. The restaurant staff was very inattentive (typical for Tampa). I sat waiting and a lady said buffet? I replied yes but she never brought silverware or a napkin. The food was ice cold toward the end of breakfast and not tasty. The room seemed clean so that was a positive.

Very nice well kept , AC in rooms are very loud but I wore ear plugs . The rooms smell musky . Very close to bush gardens , but downfall they charge 12 for breakfast

The bathrooms were old, outdated, the tub was old and needs replacing. The pipe water ran unto the counter when turned on due to bad placement. The floors were also old and had some odd brown smears. The elevator jumped before getting to the floors and were also outdated. Overall the place from the outside looked impressive but once you got into the rooms, it does not reflect true Hilton property Facility.

I loved the stay but the property could use some serious TLC. The breakfast buffet is mediocre at best and not worth the money.
