Lovely hotel in the heart of Manitou Springs! Room was wonderful, service exceeded all expectations! Bed was super comfortable, room was very clean - but the heated toilet seat took first place! Highly recommend staying here while in town. Also very nice restaurant on property- great service!

Sean, the valet, was the BEST! The rest of the staff acted bored or depressed, felt bad asking any questions. The room wasn't spectacular and could use some fixes/updating (very leaky shower and loose sink knobs). It was neat staying just one night, but won't return to this hotel on my next visit.

Everything here is impeccable from pulling up out front to driving away. Very clean, everyone here is super friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely awesome. Quaint little town is really cool, park and walk everywhere.

Very nice upgrade with dome ceiling and round room. Loved it.
Bathroom tile and minor maintenance is needed but cool room with steam shower.

If you like karaoke, then stay here on Thursday night! The sound from the bar reverberated loudly in our room until after 10 pm. I think they want to run a nice historic hotel, but the loud karaoke didn’t make it comfortable for us. Also, we needed more coffee pods and they didn’t just have them at the front desk like most other hotels (thanks Jordan for the good service!). Last, I didn’t have a table or reading light on my side of the bed - I think they could add a small light. Otherwise great location, the facility is nice, our suite comfortable, and dinner at the restaurant was expensive but very good.

The room was simply filthy. The carpet was very dirty and old. There were 2 chairs that had stains that were so bad we had to put towels on them to sit. Would never stay there again. Sad to say but I was wishing my vacation away just to be out of there.

Beautiful property. Service was excellent. Slept well. Fun place to just chill. Walking distance to the downtown.

We enjoyed a lovely room, an excellent dinner on the front porch, and courteous , friendly staff. The bar could have provided better service for our casual dinner there.

I was a little hesitant to stay at this hotel because the age of the building but they have taken great care and love for their hotel. My partner and I stayed in a basic room that reminded me of staying at my aunts house, this place feels like home. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, AC works well and the water stays hot. The restaurant on site is also quite tasty. And the best part of this hotel is the location. We were walking distance to all restaurants and cute little mom n pop shops. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Manitou Springs is definitely a tourist town. The Cliff House definitely has historic charm. The room just felt and looked dirty. The carpeting is old and stained. The fabric on the chair in the room was so soiled, I’m not sure I’d sit on it. The bathroom was adequate and the bed was fine. There are also heaving fabric drapes and although they fit the charm - I’m certain we’re full of dust and grime.

Great location and very friendly staff!! The room was a nice size but the bed was HORRIBLE and the carpet was stained and kind of gross.

This is a very beautiful place to stay. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very nice. The bar area is nice and the entertainment was fun.
