Our room was large with 2 showers and 2 beds, with a wall seperating each bed. The beds were exteemely comfortable as were the pillows. We had the pool area to ourselves for about 30 minutes and the staff was quick to turn on the wayer to the waterslide for our girls to use. The pool, jacuzzi and waterslide were nice. The slide was a little bit older, bht it was still nice to use and fun. Breakfast was a traditional continental breakfast. Nothing to write home about, but good. We will likely be back next time im here.

The room was on the small side but was in good condition. The pool area was very small. Luckily we were staying there in the off season. I'm surprised that the hotel didn't offer any recycling. We ended up taking ours with us home.

Okay. Great location. Very clean. Just a few issues: - they absolutely SPAM you, by email and by text, before, during, and after your trip. It's absolutely ridiculous. - spotty internet - gravy is not a breakfast food! I completely appreciate the terrible economy the current Pres/Vice Pres has given us with out-of-control and record inflation. I get it. However, we're also paying a higher room rate because of it. For the two warm breakfast items, every day it was powdered scrambled eggs for one, and - I kid you not - for the other, we got gravy/biscuits, gravy/biscuits, gravy/biscuits, gravy/biscuits, and then FINALLY, on our last morning, some sort of sausage-like links, like a ground patty mixed with flour into sticks. Please, drop the gravy, or only do it every once in a while, not every day!! - we were told the pool would close in ten minutes, no worries, kids and i were getting out of the pool, and I had two kids who wanted to get in that last slide. The guy did NOT check to see if any kids were in line for the slide - he just shut it down between the two kids!!!! What??? Why on earth would you risk getting a child stuck like that? Luckily, my son had not gotten in - he was just about to, so he got back out and walked back down after it was shut down. Everything else was great. Location, super clean, the 2K + pullout room has TWO showers, which was great, the laundry room was fine. Just a few tweaks and this hotel will be worth every penny!!!

It was awful. They never cleaned the rooms. Never even checked them. There was dust and grime everywhere. The two ladies at the front desk couldn’t be bothered to give customer service. Rude and seemed bothered that we asked them any questions. People drinking all night long. Walked in to see a drunk man passed out in the lobby with his on edge dog. Not family friendly at all the pool was advertised and room suite as family friendly. The environment was not. People who didn’t stay there were eating breakfast and swimming. Very unhappy.

Cherise was amazing!!! I had just come from a bad experience at another hotel and she was very understanding and even let me check in early since I had no where to go. Room was very nice. I would definitely stay here again...

Moldy fruit loops in the AC, bathroom all around was very dirty with there being a dirty roll of toilet paper on the holder. Removed the top sheet from our bed as it was dirty or stained. The wood frame acting like a boxspring had white stains all over as well. The USB ports on the lamp were both broken as well as the fridge/freezer leaking water causing the door of the dresser/cubby to not close properly. The pool/hot tub was very disgusting with water level very low in the pool and the hot tub having way too much chemicals as my eyes burned after being in it less than 5 minutes and swimsuit lost color. Overall not satisfied at all for the price. Will stay somewhere else in the future.

The gentleman that replenished the breakfast was excellent. Have a person middle aged taking pride in his work was refreshing

Staff was great. Had problems with toilet not flushing and the tub not draining very well. Fixed very promptly. Continental breakfast was great. Rooms became a little stale after showering. No fan in bathroom. Shower area looked a bit scummy around base of shower. Beds were comfy, spacious room size. Overall very satisfied.

When we arrived our room had not been cleaned. They switched us to a different room but the shower floor was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were hard. Keys didn’t want to work. Ice machine was to far from room. Some of the staff were rude.

Rooms are a bit small, and the pool is the smallest I've seen at an AmericInn. There's a waterslide tube and a hot tub (if there are 3 people or fewer in it, grab your opportunity) as well as an outdoor firepit. In-room microwave and fridge; room had a shower, no bath, with sink outside. Windows can be opened. There was some confusion at the front desk about how often housekeeping comes by (they might empty the trash daily; cleanup is every 3 days). Good value.

Could use a bigger parking lot but was ok

This place looks great on the surface but is anything but. The hotel is not properly maintained. The tub knob would not pull up to activate the shower properly (I actually almost pulled it off the wall) so the tub filled while leaving the shower with little pressure. All faucets spray in every direction due to calcium buildup. And with all the hard water problems, they didn’t even have lotion as an amenity!! They also charge a ‘resort fee’ due to the water slide on the premises. Which would be great but you have to PAY EXTRA! They charge you a fee on top of the room but that isn't enough, you have to pay to use it. Needless to say, it went unused the entire time we were there. The staff were terrible. We waited 8 minutes while 2 people chatted about something on the computer and at checkout no "how was your stay" or "thank you" or "have a nice day". Nothing. Just go elsewhere - for the price there are lots of options and they won't charge you extra to pay for the waterslide sticking out of the building.

Positive: Convenient (good location). Negative: Did not change sheets or make bed every 3 days as promised (stayed 7 days and sheets were changed and bed made on6th day)

Great stay

There were no bed sheets changed and they skipped replacing towels a couple times on a five night stay.

I liked the spacious room and bathroom. Liked the light around bathroom mirror, it was good for putting on makeup. Room itself was clean. I didn't like that we never got hot water, only warm. The pool and hot tub are quite small. Hot tub had brown scum in it. However, it was very very busy in the hotel with lots of kids in the pool and hot tub so I guess it is what it is. I would still recommend this hotel.
