The staff were incredible throughout our stay, couldn’t do enough for us.
When we arrived, I realised my air con wasn’t working- they swiftly moved me to another room for the first night, while they fixed it. Rooms were very comfortable.
Roof deck is nice, pool is very small. It was nice and quiet for the majority of our stay.
The only downside to the hotel is the breakfast- very limited options, not what I expect from a 5* hotel.
There is also no bar at the hotel- you can order a drink though and sit in the lobbey.
I’m not sure I would come back here, because it’s very expensive for what you get. But if I did come back, it would be because of how lovely and friendly the staff are.

Second time staying at Sant Jaume Hotel and as previously a wonderful stay! The hotel is exquisitely designed, the staff always attentive and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend! I will be going back again for sure.

Very friendly service. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of Palma. You can reach all the points of interest by feet. We will get back soon. Highly recommended!

Sant Jaume truly exceeded my expectations as soon as I entered the front door. From the staff, to the hotel location to the rooms, I was pleased with every aspect and was pretty upset when I had to check out. I hope to return here ANYTIME I am in Mallorca. I will be sure to send my travel clients this way as well!

The stuff is good very friendly and helpful, location is perfect , close to everything but hotel itself and the room isn’t worth the money at all , on the same street bunch of wonderful hotels.

Great location, amazing rooftop and clean room. The staff was very helpful and explained everything about the city and helped us for restaurant reservation. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully I will come back!

It’s just great ! My partner had her birthday the second day we stayed , and a couple of surprises from the hotel started the day off so amazing! The staff are friendly attentive and helpful. The bartender working the evening really knew her stuff ! And the hotel manager was also so friendly attentive and helpful !
The room was beautiful with the terrace an absolute sun trap !
Fully relaxed after leaving such a great hotel all round !

The staff, specifically Christine were AMAZING. They made sure we have everything we needed, made great restaurant recommendations/reservations, and overall made our stay very pleasant. Hotel itself is in a great area, rooms are nice, and the breakfast was great also
